Jeg har handlet hos Rosegal 3-4 gange. Jeg faldt pladask for deres kulørte hippie joggingbukser i halvkraftigt bomuld. De er fine til varmt sommervejr og de får mit gamle hippiehjerte til at banke i lykkelige takter, og sætter af og til et smil på forbipasserendes læber. :-) Der har ingen problemer været. Postgangen er jo langsom, ligesom alle de andre steder, men det ved man jo. Nu skal jeg se om de har fået nye uimodståelge moddeller.

I have been ordering from them for a couple of years. this is the case when you get what you pay for. Cheap items are cheap items but more expensive items are good indeed. And I loved their toys, I hope they will again start selling them. Looking forward to ordering more toys :)

Quick delivery, each shirt was packed individually in a resealable bag. Everything was well made. The only thing is i should have looked closer to the size i ordered. I thought everything would be super small but i ended up getting too big. Thats on me though.

Bonjour, voici mon expérience je commande début Décembre et avec une erreur de lzur part mais soit pas le bon code postale ! Je fais une réclamation qui dura 4 mois avec plusieurs échanges de mail mais disant qu il fallait patienter et repayer la livraison je dis d accord. Et la il faut patienter encore et encore des mails envoyés, recu me repetant qu il faut patienter. Et d un coup une enieme reponse mais cette fois ci nous sommes désolé mais le colis a été detruit merci aurevoir.... Je suis décue et enervé !

Très satisfaite de ma 1ere commande ! Vos commentaires m'ont fait regretter ma commande, je m'attendais au pire. Je l'ai reçue dans les temps, les articles sont conformes à la description, bien emballés et taillent bien. Je note un excellent rapport qualité prix avec des impressions vraiment très belles comme sur les photos. Pas de frais de douane pour moi. Pour le sav, je ne sais pas vous dire ce qu'il en est vu que tout s'est très bien passé, je n'ai pas besoin de les contacter.

I have not received My order. IM so very angry! I tried tracking the order it said order not found! Im usually sketchy about ordering stuff online and this us exactly why! They take your money and you get screwed! So they get to rob you and you can't do anything about it! So mad at myself!

I have bought multiple items from Rosegal. I love them so much! It is amazing to find sexy and gorgeous clothes for plus size. I will recommend them highly.

Writing from the USA. Order went well, had some questions and customer service was great, quick to respond and helpful. Products are all very high quality, no bait and switch here. All in all a good experience and plan on ordering again.

UPDATE: DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR BELOW REPLY!! THEY HAVE NO OFFERED ME A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE. WHEN I FIRST EMAILED ON THE 23RD OF DEC TO ASK WHERE MY ITEM WAS THEY TOLD ME TO EXPECT IT BETWEEN THE 26TH DEC - 9TH JAN. WHEN I EMAILED AGAIN ON THE 9TH OF JAN TO ASK WHERE IT WAS THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NEED 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME (SO BY JAN 22ND). I THEN EMAILED ON THE 26TH BECAUSE NO ONE HAD GOTTEN BACK TO ME ON THE DATE THEY AGREED TO AND MY ITEM HADN'T ARRIVED. WHEN I RQUESTED A REFUND THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT MY SHIPPING TIME WAS 2-3MONTHS AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME UNTIL AFTER MARCH 15TH AS THAT WAS MY NEW ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. SO IF YOU ORDER YOU HAVE TO WAIT 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO ISSUE YOU A REFUND. I ordered a chirstmas dress on November 13th. Today is January 25th and my item still hasn't arrived. I have requested them to investigate it, nothing. I have asked for a refund, nothing. I have asked for an apology, nothing. They have absolutely awful customer service and genuinely don't seem to care about their customers at all. Don't waste your money, all you will be paying for is their customer service team to mess you around!!!!!

i ordered high low hooded coat. i received it yesterday cost was $84.00 canadian....including shipping and taxes. I can not express how disappointed I was. Coat was a sweater. light weight. material was just above a sweat shirt........ The picture was NOTHING compared to the actual item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA. CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHES !!

Tops look nothing like advertised, nothing is tapered at the waist, nor flared at the bottom. Just frumpy shapeless tops. Complete and utter false advertising. If items need to be returned, be prepared to cover the cost in full. $30 for me down the drain to return their junk. I'm still awaiting my refund, which I'll hopefully get, but who know...They are such a dishonest company It wouldn't surprise me to not receive a full refund. As for the feedback on their site, also dishonest, as they screen out all negative feedback posted to their website. They only post the positive. Which is why everything you see has 4-5 stars. They are also known as Plus Size Clothing, and Dresslily! Among others. Approximately 8 in all going under different names and selling the same junk. Duping more and more people. Stealing from more and more people. Absolutely horrible experience, highly dishonest company, with money lost...Buyer beware! Rosegal-I sent you my order number and you flagged my review anyway But not to worry, I sent everything possible to trust pilot. Proof of purchase, proof of payment via paypal, items purchased and on what date, the return parcel tracking, my ref number, etc etc etc. Keep trying to silence people, you'll eventually be caught and shut down for being fraudulent. You're all part of the same Shenzhen listed company who does their best to steal from westerners. You're a disgrace!

Alors je reviens sur ce site pour dire que j'ai enfin reçu ma commande !! Par contre il faut savoir que quand on leur écrit dans sa langue d'origine ils repondent en anglais alors biensur on est sensé tous connaitre cette langue mais quand meme ils pourraient traduire avant de renvoyer! A part ça il y a beaucouo de choses qui sortent de l'ordinaire meme si la qualité n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous mais les prix sont bas alors.....

All the clothes I have received have been great - just make sure you check each sizing guide for each item and you shod be fine. Most items come after about 2 weeks. Would order from again .

Die Ware ist ihr Geld nicht wert und durch die Mangelhaften Grössenangaben schwer zu bestellen. Aber die Krönung ist der Retourprozess! Mühsam zu erreichen nur über Tickets und Kundenservice. Es gibt keinen Retoursticker sondern man muss die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen. Das ist richtig teuer (13€!) denn es muss nach Spanien. Aus Spanien kam es als unzustellbar zurück. Habe mein Geld nicht wieder und sogar noch extra bezahlt! Nie nie wieder!! Seid gewarnt!

I have made several orders from Rosegal. Im so disappointed. It takes for ever for you to get what you ordered if you get it at all. Then it doesn't fit. Im not sure who is in charge of there size charts. I orders a XL it was realy a small. Orderd another XL it was XXL. This is why I will never orders from them again.

Après une première commande qui s'était très bien passée, j'ai repassé commande pour des robes pour Noël et c'est là que les problèmes ont commencé. Depuis ma dernière commande, j'ai déménagé. J'ai donc modifié l'adresse lors de la commande. 2 jours après je reçois un mail me confirmant l'expédition à mon ancienne adresse. Je les contacte donc tout de suite car je n'y habite plus. Leur réponse: vous vous être trompée, l'article étant expédié nous ne pouvons rien faire. Je leur redis que l'erreur vient d'eux et que comme ils sont l'expéditeur c'est à eux de contacter colissimo. Depuis 2 jours ils n'arrêtent pas de répéter que c'est moi qui ai fais l'erreur malgré la preuve que non, ils n'arrêtent pas de me dire que c'est au client de vérifier avant la commande (chose que j'avais faite), que je dois me débrouiller avec colissimo, que c'est expédié donc ils ne peuvent rien faire alors que le colis n'a même pas encore était remis à laposte (j'ai contacté colissimo). Par contre sur le suivi de leur site il est noté que le colis est déjà à l'aéroport de destination, on se moque de moi ! Et aujourd'hui dernière surprise: le colis qui aurait dû être livré sous 7 à 10 jours et donc avant le 22, est prévu entre le 24 et le 30 finalement. Résultat: 50€ de dépensés dont 10 de frais de port pour des robes de fêtes, que je recevrais une fois les fêtes finies... si je les reçois un jour !

I total love Rosegal. Their clothes are always so soft and most of the time they are true to fit. If there is a problem Rosegal is willing to give the buyers options on how to remedy the problem. Rosegal deliveries are always in a appropriate time span. You can also earn Rosegal points that work as a discount towards other purchases. Great choices for the curvy ladies.

Purchased an outfit from this company and it arrived badly stained across the front. When I contacted ROSEGAL for a refund I was told that I could return the item but I would not get refunded for the postage I have paid both ways. Edit - Now been contacted and have been told to keep the item and a full refund is on the way. Happy customer

Bestilte og betalte for en kjole og en t-shirt i foråret 2020. Har aldrig fået tøjet. Har haft kontakt med firmaet både via deres hjemmeside og via facebookgruppen af flere omgange. Jeg har bedt om at få mine penge tilbage, men jeg får hele tiden kun standard sætninger tilbage. Jeg ser det som et fup firma. De vil sikkert svare et standard svar til denne anmeldelse. Det er sådan, som jeg har oplevet det gang på gang.
