France | 20 May 2019A fuir...j'ai commandé 2 verres "pattes de chat Starbucks" le 7 mars 2019 et les ai reçus le 09 mai dernier. Après lavage d'un seul exemplaire, je m'aperçois qu'il y a de l'eau dans la double paroi à cause d'un petit trou situé sur la base. Après de nombreux échanges, je choisis de les retourner mais on me propose un remboursement en USD qui ne correspond pas aux 36,07 Euros déboursés et le retour à mes frais! Je n'ai eu d'autre choix que de faire appel à PAYPAL pour clore ce litige, et cette entreprise basée on ne sait où, qui livre par la Belgique et demande les renvois en Espagne, propose (par Paypal) remboursement de 8,64 pour me satisfaire!!! Au final, Paypal a décidé de me rembourser la totalité de la somme et me permet de me débarrasser de ces 2 objets inutilisables. Dorénavant, je lirai attentivement les conditions générales pour ne plus me faire avoir. Je conseille d'en faire autant.

United States | 20 May 2019Rosegal has provided the absolute worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Ordered two products, one was acceptable, the other was nothing like the web site picture. I asked to return it, and then the uphill struggle started. They wanted to charge me for return postage, but the rate they wanted to charge was double what I would pay myself. Their communication method which they use for any customer service issues is like an IT trouble ticket system: they don't actually communicate with you, the "post" messages to their own site. They may, or may not notify you of a reply. Even though I provided all information they requested, the re-requested all of it over and over. My "case" has been going on now for over six weeks, and I still don't have my refund. They've had the merchandise (as verified by the package tracking number) for 5 weeks. We're not even talking about a lot of money! Less than $20. Barely worth the effort, except for the fact that they've made me angry. Other on-line vendors respond quickly. Amazon credits your return the instant the package is scanned for return shipping, they don't even wait to get it back. Rosegal is the opposite. No refund for weeks, even though they have the package. And now, we're still working through their "customer (lack of) support system". Stay away. Far more trouble than they are worth. Edit: Notice their reply below: "We have taken care of your complaint and will offer you a resolution via the ticket center. " Wrong. TOTAL LIE! THey have done nothing to resolve this. In fact they keep askin for information I've already sent them! You should see the back/forth in their shoddy "ticket" system. Makes you want to scream. They want me to "message them the ticket number". First, there is no way to message them. Second, the ticket itself is open, and has made no progress in weeks. Rosegal, just give your customers service. You have the item back, it came back within your terms, and on time! YOU OWE ME A REFUND.

France | 17 May 2019J’ai commander une robe le 5 mai lors de l’ajout au panier l’article est disponible dans la couleur et la taille que je souhaite. Je règle donc ma commande avec le supplément pour l’envoi expresse j’ai besoin de cette robe pour un baptême fin mai. Depuis le 5 mai la commande est toujours en cours de traitement je décide donc de contacter le service clients le 16 mai et la la nouvelle tombe... la robe que j’ai commander n’ai plus en stock le stock sera réapprovisionner sous 7 à 15 jours ouvrables. C’est juste une grosse plaisanterie je n’aurais pas ma robe que j’ai commander pour le baptême je dois donc me trouver une autre tenue. Le service client me propose de soit attendre que le stock soit réapprovisionner soit de choisir un autre article je précise que actuellement la robe en question est toujours disponible sur leur site avec la taille est la couleur que j’ai commander. Rosegal propose des vêtements alors qu’il ne sont pas en stock. J’ai payer ma commande avec des frais supplémentaire au final je me retrouve avec plus d’un mois d’attende Pour une simple robe une honte un conseille ne commander rien chez eux fuyez ce site d’arnaqueur.

I have been asked to select other items instead? why would I want something else, I ordered swimmer tops for a cruise I went on in March and paid extra for fast shipping. I just want a refund how hard is that? I have given order numbers shipping numbers what else can they need?

The dresses were true to size, a decent quality and I have received multiple compliments when I have worn them. United States | 12 May 2019I haven’t been this disappointed in a long long time. First I just recurved 1/2 of my order and nothing was what I thought it’d be. Horrible quality and not matched the size. The clothes looked tacky, cheap and not even sawed the right way. I canceled the rest of the order and they said I only getting basically half of what I paid back. This is a scam. Most if their items are on sale, for you not to be able to return them. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. It’s a waste of money.
