Russia | 12 February 2022Общий обзор по пользованию сайтом. Покупала много вещей на сайте в течении лет 3-4х. С сайтом только проблемы - сайт кривой, постоянные ошибки при оплате или навигации, поиске, установлении языка и страны. Вещи приходят ужасного качества, пошиты плохо и криворуко, меньше на несколько размеров или ненормально огромные. Или совершенно непропорциональные - верх и низ такие, каких тел не бывает в природе. Врут во всем - начиная от материала, который все полиэстер, даже если написано "хлопок", размеры врут, фото тоже фейковые - из настоящих каталогов, а шьют видимо бездомные в подвале по ночам. Причем, у них нет стандарта размеров, вы можете купить несколько вещей одного размера и все они будут разные. Это тоже видимо рассчитывают умственно отсталые. Половину заказов отменяют не предупреждая, при этом продолжая продавать этот товар, которого якобы нет. Из 25и вещей, которые я заказывала на сайте, 5 - отменили без предупреждения, штук 5 набралось, которые случайно подошли. хотя и с натяжкой. Остальные - выкинула, потому что настолько мудреное г**но, что даже переделать невозможно. Начинаешь ругаться - включают дурачка, извиняются и как глухие. Но всегда боятся злобных покупателей и возвращают деньги, если очень напирать. Но а время-то, время! Кто вернет потерянное время на покупки и ожидание? В общем - сайт отстойный, хотя можно иногда случайно попасть на приемлемую вещь, как со сломанными часами - дважды в сутки. Изменений тут не будет, никаких улучшений тоже. Я думаю, они уже банкротятся, поэтому надо просто подождать, когда это случится. Я не заходила на сайт 2 года, зашла сейчас посмотреть - таки ничегошеньки не изменилось. Тот же дешевый и глючный сайт, который не держит настроек. PS. А, еще они рассылают "письма счастья" и просят за некоторые бонусы писать хорошие отзывы в интернете. Так что имейте это в виду, когда читаете восторженные отзывы. ---------------- Обновление для ответа Rosegal: --------------------------------- Там было множество тикетов и никакого результата, кроме возврата денег. Качество товара и обслуживания не изменилось. Вы безнадежны. Я писала отзыв не о заказе, а отзыв об оценке всего магазина. Я еще забыла упомянуть, что вы не опубликовали ни одного негативного отзыва. Это еще и мошенничество.

United States | 03 December 2021DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered two shirts from Rosegal on October 26th, 2021. Today is December 3rd, still no package. For two weeks the "tracking" information says it's in flight- FOR TWO WEEKS??? I don't think so. I suspect it has never been sent. I contacted them and they said I have to wait until Dec 31st to see if it arrives??? Over two months to get two shirts, and from the looks of it I'm going to have to fight them on getting my money back. They are using the same old ploy of "are you sure the address is correct?" YES, I KNOW MY ADDRESS! I'm glad I only ordered two cheap shirts to see if it was worth it and it is absolutely NOT! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 12/10, still no delivery. order#ZB2110302259284225. Not that it's going to help any because they are just here to get people's money for nothing!

United Kingdom | 25 September 2021ordered a dress 10th Sept 2021, was "dispatched" 15th Sept but still not arrived and it should of been here by now (25/9/2021) so i contacted them via messenger and said this and said i wanted a refund, they claimed they were "just checking" for me so again i said I just want a refund on the dress. They came back with the information i have on the app and refused to refund my money because it had already been shipped out. They just keep telling me to wait for an update in 7-10 days of being dispatched when i say i want a refund. It's been 10 days since "dispatch" - today is the 25th september and it was "dispatched" 10 days ago. Avoid these scammers! £20 lost and nothing recieved! 28/9/2021 - they are now trying to get this review taken down, guess they don't like genuine reviews! This matter is now in the hands of my bank as i want my money back and it's not forthcoming from these scam artists! Update 7/10/2021 - no communication whatsoever and no product has arrived, avoid as they are just scammers wanting your money then they refuse to refund giving excuses Update 18/10/2021 - still not recieved, no communication Update 26/12/2021 - woke up to an email to "verify" my review. So i sent trustpilot all emails and the facebook conversation i had with them. Hard luck "rosegal" in trying to get my genuine review removed!! Anyone who reads this - ALWAYS keep screenshots of emails and any communication you have with them and when they refuse a refund just contact your bank and get it through them as "rosegal" ignore refund requests and refuse to refund!

United Kingdom | 25 August 2021Rosegal is a great shopping experience. All their sizes are fantastic, if you order a 14 you get a 14. Some fantastic and unusual fashion designes, if you want to stand out in the crowd you could do no better, excellent quality at great prices.

United States | 04 August 2021I bought clothes from these people in June was supposed to be delivered at my house June 18th still today August 4th I still haven't received no clothes and no refund no nothing FedEx said they delivered them to a house with a red truck at the front door I have two pit bulls in my front yard there's no way they delivered it to my front door call them about four times call FedEx call the mall Can't Nobody Do Anything to return my merchandise nor my money I'm rosegal I don't know what their problem is they don't want to make nothing right they pretty much told me I was pretty much my lost so I'm out a hundred twenty bucks because they won't send me my clothes no refund my money I wish they would solve the problem thank you have a good day Dont know how to start a new reply . So I'm editing this one . It's not my fault fedex drop my clothes off at the wrong house . It's not my fault their GPS or whatever they used took them to the wrong house . I would like my clothes and I would like them to be dropped off at MY house not someone else . I'm not sure how to reply to rosegal . Done talked to them several times and STILL nothing has been done . Get brownsboro post office to deliver my things . They know how to find me . God bless you all !

United States | 17 July 2021I was very pleased with my order. This was the first time I bought anything from them. I got three dresses. I was not aware that 2x, 3x, 4x, ect would be smaller then 18. However, one of the dresses was a 3X and it was actually a size 14. I was able to have the refund added as a credit to my account with them. I gave the dress to my youngest daughter.

Canada | 09 July 2021Hi friends. I have bought tons of items, such as jewelry, and now clothing. It's all made quite well. The material is sometimes a little different and not as good quality as what you imagine from their photos.But most are very good and sewn well. Always size up at least two sizes as they are Asian small sizes being offered. These are not expensive items so do not expect them to be. Jewelry is fine but you have to be able to wear earrings that are not ten Karat gold. Overall I've had no problem getting info or refunds if you send in a ticket they answer promptly. Treat them with respect and you will do just great!

United States | 07 July 2021It took 2 weeks to receive my items, but I was expecting that because I believe it is a china based company A lot of the items were a cheap shiny polyester material The “jeggings” were hilarious they looked nothing like jeans, nor the picture, they were cheap and shiny. Despite the bad items there were a few cute ones that I will wear If the return policy wasn't so ridiculous I would probably shop there again (tons of weird steps and you have to pay return shipping) obviously they do not get the concept of how ease of returns can keep repeat customers

Malheureusement cette fois j'ai du attendre 2 semaines de plus avec comme cadeau 50euros de frais de douane. Dommage car cette expérience ma coupé l'envie de recommander une nouvelle fois. Votre réponse ne me satisfais pas vus que je n'ai pas eu de problèmes de douane lors de mes précédentes commandes. C'est vous qui avez fait une erreur de déclarations pour la douane. Cela me déçois encore plus de rejeter la faute sur les clients

Canada | 13 June 2021I just received my first order from rosegal, after reading other reviews, I was very skeptical. I have to say that while I agree that the fabrics are not top of the line, they were better than I expected for the price I paid. A couple of the were not exactly what I was expecting from the product description, but again close enough considering the price I paid. I am actually very satisfied with my order. I did have some issues navigating between plus and regular sizing, but I once I understood the size chart I did fairly well, i will say that I found the plus size clothing to be bigger than I expected, as most of the reviews I read stated the clothing ran small, so I upsized. Shipping did take longer than I expected, but according to Canada Post website, that may have been due to the fact that international items are taking longer then normal to process on the Canadian end due to limitations because of covid. So if you are in Canada do not expect quick delivery. I would also like to note that I had no issue whatsoever tracking my parcel through Canada Post with the tracking number provided by Rosegal, however was not able to use the tracking link provided by them. All in all it was a great experience. Sara

Canada | 28 May 2021***update*** So I got a request from rosegal asking me for the order number to look into it. And in TRUE ROSEGAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FASHION I supplied it and NO RESPONSE. Again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I never received my order. They claimed it was an incorrect address. It was not. I know my address. I fought with them about my order not coming, and told them I was opening a dispute with PayPal, to which they replied “we’ll send it out again, just pay more shipping” I got a USD invoice for re-shipping (I’m in Canada). I waited and waited. Nothing. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, and the experience has taught me to order within North America. I would have given a 0 star, but that’s not an option.

RoseGal offered me less than half for refund. With a credit on my account to continue ordering. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I WANT MY FREAKIBG MONEY BACK. I didn't get my order, I want my money.

Clothes are excatly as shown, great prices, clothes are super cute, comfortable, material is so soft and the sizing is perfect...im plus size so i went with a size 5xl because i read their measurements were smaller but that was not the case..... The pants were a little thinner material than i wanted, but its ok they will work for the summer time in the hot weather as i dont like to wear shorts so they should keep ne cool instead of wearing jeans. Ive ordered 2 times in March 2021 and i recieved my order about 3 weeks later, and i just ordered some more clothes on May 9 2021 and i cant wait to get them Thank you Rosegal for the lovely clothes you have a faithful customer for life now🙂

United States | 09 May 2021Has really pretty stuff, but for the prices we are paying, we can't expect the fabrics and sewing to be great. I assumed as much going in, and was pleasantly surprised. The fabrics were almost always cheap, but it did always look like the picture, and the sewing was actually really good. The sizing is usually off, so only go by measurements and check for any comments about fit. The shipping prices are fairly reasonable for shipping from such long distances, but you must accept that it will take a LONG time to arrive. I am overall happy with my purchases

United States | 30 April 2021I wish I had listened to reviews before ordering. I ordered a month ago with delivery by April 28th. It's May, no package and no shipping updates. I sent a message to customer service and I'm told to wait another 2 weeks. No way does it take 6+ weeks to ship stuff. I've ordered from Shein many times and gotten my stuff in a couple weeks. If I had to take a guess, Rosegal just stole my money and I'm not getting anything in return. I will NEVER order from Rosegal again. Awful company. Save you money and your energy. Check out Shein. EDIT- Rosegal has now accused me of lying. They told Trust pilot they don't think I had a"genuine experience" with their company (screenshots of order confirmation AND all correspondence with them has been given to Trust pilot as proof of my "genuine" AWFUL experience with this SCAM of a company). Also to add, they haven't been "able" to contact their shipping company in 10 days to track my order so of course, no refund. $130 gone y'all. STEER CLEAR OF ROSEGAL!

After reaching someone [through Facebook messenger] because there was no phone number to reach anyone. Turns out that you can't order from them if your visa doesn't allow international exchange (which most don't unless you at it up that way).
