United States | 25 November 2020I made my 1st order back in August. 2 of the 3 tops were nothing like they were shown online, and did not fit right. I contacted customer service. This is very difficult. Several emails back and forth and they gave me options. I could pay to ship back for a refund - minus the shipping costs to and from - or I could keep the $30+ worth of falsely advertised product and get a $6 refund... um... hello? I opted to return the items. Went through hoops to get return info and a label. I shipped directly from the post office. Tracking still says out for delivery on September 24th with no updates since. They have refused to refund my money and simply said to follow up with shipping company. This is insane, and I will never do business with this company again!

United States | 26 October 2020I just received my very first order and it was a pair of leggings & a pair of jeans. The leggings run big which I am ok with. The jeans on the other hand run extremely small! I paid over $30 for them. I got the size according to the "sizing chart" it said I needed & when I got them they would not fit. I contacted what they call customer service and I was told that I could pay to send them back and them send me another pair "free" when I already paid for the ones I have & I am not paying to return something that was misrepresented. Then I was told I could keep the jeans and they would refund me $10. Um that does not seem right to me. When I told them it didnt seem right they just kept copying & pasting what they had said previously. As I said this was my very first time and it unfortunately will be my last. I will make sure I post this every where I can so everyone can see that this company is a joke. ***** FOLLOW UP****** Manager/ Supervisor got in touch with me and she was able to assist me in a way that the representative could not. She was very nice about everything. Have learned just to go to a larger size. Love the clothes and will give another try.

Artikelen worden snel geleverd, betaalbaar en tot nu toe alles netjes ontvangen binnen 14 dagen. Maatvoering klopt. Doe alleen nog maar bij hun bestellen. Al die andere bedrijven met chinese kleding zijn vaak te klein en veel problemen. Nog nooit een probleem gehad bij Rosegal.

United States | 07 October 2020I think this is my fifth or sixth time ordering from Rosegal. I have ordered three items from their site on 9/25/20. It was a long wait but I didn't mind. I actually forgot all about it until the package arrived today. I got a large Plaid Panel Hooded Tunic T-Shirt and the material felt very nice. I also got the O Ring Strappy Skull Butterfly Print Tank Dress in a large size and loved how it looks. The third item is the Tie Dye Pattern Soft Flannel Blanket. This one was very soft. Loved all of them!

Canada | 01 October 2020I have had good experiences with Rosegal. They are quick and responsive if you have an issue with an order. Their clothes are comparable with department store clothing, but in much nicer styles. I have made a couple of purchases through them and will continue to.

Yeah, the fabrics aren't always what I expected, and once in a while something just isn't right in the fit, but that's clothing for you. In general, even if I get something tailored a bit, I still spend less on clothes here than most stores. My closet is full of RoseGal dresses, and I will buy more.

Ils ne comprennent rien de ce qu’on leur dit ils sont incapables de traduire le français correctement, Je leur demande une facture depuis plusieurs mois et ils ne comprennent pas du tout ma demande Ils vous disent qu’ils ont traiter votre demande alors qu’ils n’ont rien fait du tout Je vais quand même pas prendre le chinois pour arriver à communiquer avec eux Je déconseille fortement ce site
