We have ordered 4 matching outfits. We received an email advising some unavailable so we replied with next preferences. We have heard absolutely nothing back from them. We need to know what and if we will receive items paid for. Multiple emails and absolutely no response at all

The company is super sketchy don’t buy from them! I just purchased a matching outfit for my husband. Package arrived late- I tried to return it not even opened and they sent me a link for their “return address” which was like pulling teeth to get from them and when I paid $15 to ship it they denied my refund! They are very unprofessional and definitely the worst people to buy anything from! Do not buy from these people!

I got my order just fine. Not sure what the negative feed back about but I everything in a timely manner and quicker I expected. Pretty good considering my items came all the way from America. I ordered a Dress and a coat.

Hello i just received my order almost 3 weeks after ordering. I need to send an item back. But i do not received a response to my emails. Poor customer service.

I ordered a matching dress and shirt on Aug 15th and they took the money out of my account and then I got a email saying it was cancelled just making sure it got ordered

No one answers their Customer Support Line. I have tried 3 numbers! At first I reached an automated call centre, that told me I had wo a Medic Alert system, and press 1 to claim your system. I pressed 2 and it continued offering me the Medic Alert system, like I was in a loop with them. I will never uy from Rosegal again if they don't respond.

I recently ordered a dress from the app and I got a reply email saying the item I've been shipped. They gave me a confirmation number, and then it says this "Your shipment is delivered by .The package should normally take business days for normal country to arrive (approximately). However, please understand this is an estimate. The shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company." The most important thing was to make sure that I got this dress before a certain day, and it said when I made the purchase that I would get an email that would give me an estimated date of arrival. I'm sooo frustrated by this error. I've never bought from them before, so we are off to a bad start. I will update this review when I receive the dress

I've ordered from Rosegal and a couple of it's "offspring" a few times now. I would have to say the results have been mixed. Very few of their products are described ac06curately or are as pictured. Fabrics run from scratchy to double knit synthetics when described as cotton blends or T-shirt fabric. Colors represented in the pictures tend to actually be darker and/or washed-out. I've given more of their products to charities than I have kept, it's been very disappointing, I don't even shop their sites any longer.

Trying to get a refund on items from them is impossible their website is broken and customer service number is none existent the item came days after it was suppose to arrive the item was cheaply made and did not fit right! Do not buy here I paid $39 and can not return because of their incompetent website! It does not provide a return address

Ordered several items, keeping 3. Finding it difficult to return unwanted items. Any help greatly appreciated.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased items as a present for my wife. They arrived in a couple of weeks and were terrible quality. When you think of Chinese sweat shops, these are the sorts of clothes I think of. Nothing like the photos or description, poor stitching, very thin cheap materials and just general tat. I saw in another review that someone stated they are the standard of things you get at a carnival or travelling fair and I couldn't think of a better way to describe them. The worst part was the customer service. Trying to work out how to arrange a return was not straight forward and I had to contact customer support. Several days of back and forth responses with them refusing to provide a returns address and trying to get me to accept a part refund and just to keep the items to donate to charity. The fact they dont even want their own clothes back and offer this just shows how cheap they are to make and send out. Finally after several days of arguing they succumbed and provided an address and confirmed the return is at the buyers own cost and they must be returned in 7 days. I live in the UK and the returns address is in America! That's right, you read that correctly, they ship from China but the returns address is America, unless you live in Spain and then they give you an EU address to make a return. Needless to say, it was more expensive to return the items than it was to purchase them in the first place (which I believe is the whole con in the first place, provide rubbish clothes and hope people will accept a part refund and not make a return so they maintain making some form of profit). Reluctantly I have had to accept a part refund and I will stick them in a charity bin. Utter rubbish, AVOID at all costs, you will regret it if you have problems, but if cheap ill fitting tat and terrible customer service is your standard, then Rosegal is right up your street.

Order was “in process” for 3 weeks before I emailed and they finally shipped out. Took another month to get to me and when it did it was horrible quality. The dress I ordered was a high-low. This dress was a low-high(the low part was in the back of the dress!!!!). Will never order from again.

Ordered a really cute swimsuit. After ordering the swimsuit the site said the order was "processing" for over a week. Come to find out, the product was out of stock, not "processing". Now I have a package with an order number that can't be tracked.

i love the clothes from rose gal its my perfect style i want to buy everything from gothic to summer cute the materials can be a little on the cheap side but still worth it very hard to make a return but rose gal reached out to me and did resolve my problem cant wait for my next order to come

Photos de 3 t-shirts qui sont d'une autre marque de vêtements et le site ne reconnaît pas le problème de copier et de vendre une contrefaçon qui est d'une qualité horrible 30 euros et pas de possibilité de le renvoyer car les frais sont aussi de 30 euros. Clairement les conditions de vente ne respecte pas la lois Française.

I bought the maroon color dress. I like that it is light weight and flattering. I am 5'7 and 217 pounds (not where I want to be, but going on vacation) & in my mid 40's. The dress is light weight, flows nice. Doesn't focus on my arms or stomach. I like the top stretchy fabric, it helps flatter you in the dress. It's modest and comfortable. I bought for our family Hawaii trip. Looks cute as is or with jean jacket. The only thing that would make this dress better would be if had pockets!

Great brand, high quality products. I always buy my clothes from Rosegal and I'm very satisfied
