There were a couple items that would not make it before my cruise in 2 weeks and they took the time in chat to individually replace each item with a new one I picked and get it too me in time ....it was much appreciated as I needed a swimsuit. Only problem is they are sold out of many items that still show for purchase....should put out of stock on the items.

I really like that the quality is much more for what you pay for. I would recommend to anyone who's interested in purchasing something, to first check their size chart, it will fit you much better! My third order from Rosegal just arrived and I'm yet again more than satisfied. Both dresses and the shirt are the right size, looking just as in pictures shown on their website and the material is also nice. What's important, all of it was really cheap and also shipped and arrived very fast. Will definitely continue shopping on this website.

I ordered from Rosegal 26/4/2019 and now it’s 8/5/2019 . I can’t seem to get any news on my package. The tracking number sent to me doesn’t work. I’ve tried contacting customer services but the numbers aren’t going through at all. I’ve sent in tickets at their support center but no replies yet. The ring I ordered was meant to be a birthday gift but now her birthday is gone and I can’t give it to her. I will advise you not to shop here. Cause it’s a waste of time and money. Be wise don’t shop eat Rosegal.

I ordered and even pay more to be expedite shipping, and It is been over 3 weeks and hasn’t been shipped yet. Also, they don’t want to return my money, because I want to cancelled the order. I wont buy in this page, ever again.
