Meget fin service. Har handlet en del hos dem. Fik på et tidspunkt bestilt en bluse i forkert størrelse - de sendte straks en ny i en anden størrelse, og jeg skulle ikke sende noget retur, selv om fejlen var min.

Purchased 3 shirts, 1 leggings and 1 bathing suit - took longer to arrive than I'd hoped but everything fit exactly as I'd hoped with two exceptions - one shirt was an exact fit on the body but the sleeves were so small it was unwearable (will have it modified by a tailor I think, I like the look of it), and the swimming bottoms don't come close to covering my butt (but I can get another bottom at WalMart if it comes to it). Quality is what you pay for - cheap silk screened polyester, but the fit is bang on if you read the chart for each product as it does vary between items. Overall I do love most of what I got and wear it on a regular basis. As for shopping there again? Mmmm.. maybe I'll support local for a while first, I didn't realize they were based in China.

So i bought a tunic on rosegal last week. And AFTER the purchase i started reading reviews here and they scared the hell out of me. I chose expedited shipping and even today, no shipping confirmation in my inbox. I was so sure i was scammed. when i got home today i was really surprised. Parcel allready arrived and laying in my mailbox. Quality was o.k. not the best but you know you can't have caviar when you pay for salami 😉

STAY AWAY FROM ROSEGAL This online store is a very nasty place to buy anything because they are a bunch of thieves who lack respect for customers. I purchased some items from them and when they were taking so long, I decided to ask for cancellation. They lied by saying items were already shipped. That took months and months, and meanwhile I kept emailing and sending chats to cancel. When items finally arrived, I asked for a return label. It was a lot of pain to get a return address. It took another month just to get a return address. They kept negotiating, lingering the process, and not having a "real manager" with good business ethics to solve the issue. Finally, they reluctantly sent the return address and they stated that I will pay for the return shipping. I paid it and returned their items. Now, comes to refund my money, and that took another 6 weeks and going on several months now. They refused to refund my money to my original payment. They asked to send my refund via Paypal instead. Now, the ploy and conniving thing they did was just sent my refund and I have to pay Paypal myself. Now, this is going to another level because I will not pay Paypal to issue my refund. Rosegal has to pay Paypal since they chose to use Paypal services. Rosegal stated "oh the credit card won't cooperate with them"; well, they had a fall out with the credit card company that's their business and that has nothing to do with me. That goes to show that no one will accept their shenanigans. If they want to conduct business here in America, they will eventually learn that there are principles and guidelines to follow and they refuse to do so. This company does not deserve to be in business. They don't tell the truth. They don't respect customer's request. Their location is not here in America and they don't say it. They have a lot of issues with management, and poor business skills. They don't respect when a customer say " no." I will do everything I can to get my full refund and they have to be taught a lesson that they can't conduct business anyway they want here in America. This process is truly exhausting, but I will not let them cheat me. They owed me $207.43 and that's what they will pay me. The Paypal fee of $9.43 is their business and responsibility. I have never heard that a customer has to pay to get his/her own refund from a seller. Rosegal is messing with the wrong person. Their stuffs are of poor quality materials and they don't want to hear constructive criticism because they are too money hungry. They want to sell, sell, sell but customers can't return if they're unhappy about the quality of their stuffs & customer service. They are quick to say "Customer satisfaction is always our top priority: we are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to customers" Really? They don't even know what "customer satisfaction" means. They need to go & learn what that means in order to repeat those two powerful words. I've been trying to get my hard earned money back for months from them and that proved that they don't know what they're talking about. I'm highly unsatisfied with their service and I've voiced it zillion times already to them and they don't care. They just want to steal people's money and that's what important for them not "customer satisfaction. I would give them a huge fat ZERO for their rating if that number was available because that's what they deserve. I will post another review soon to give some updates because like I said I'm expecting my full refund from rosegal. They will be held accountable for their actions. I urge you all to stay from ROSEGAL because you can avoid going through what I'm going through right now.

Bien que les vêtements que j'ai commandé sont trop grands, pourtant commandé ma taille, ce sont vraiment des beaux vêtements alors je ne les renvoie pas, je vais les retouché. J'ai demandé un remboursement des frais de douane. Il vont me rembourser. Merci. Ces juste dommages que quand j'envoie un message en français, la réponse était écrite en anglais.

Very nice clothing fit really well

I have ordered quite a few things from rosegal. I love the clothes. Only problem I had was the last 3 shirts I ordered didnt fit me. I got only a partial refund and didnt have to send items back. My next door neighbor loved the shirt thou. She cant get out to go shopping. She was very excited to get them. Thank you

I placed a $150 order in April (including an item I wanted to wear for July 4th). In May, I checked back with them and was given a tracking number. It showed the package was en route. A week later, I checked again, and it said it was being returned. I contacted RoseGal, and they said they'd look into it, and to give them 12-14 business days. After waiting the required time, I inquired again. By the time they got back to me, it was after July 4th. They said my shipment was returned for incomplete address. I verified that what they had was correct, and asked that my package be resent. They then stated that they couldn't do that, and that I could have a refund less shipping, and they were going to also charge me a fee. So basically, I paid them $30 to hold my money for a while. If I didn't know better, I'd almost suspect a scam. Terrible customer service, and terrible business practices. Overall, a terrible experience. Update: After placing this review, I received another message that they wouldn't charge the fee.

Ausser dass die Lieferzeit leider oftmals sehr lange dauert (daher 1 Stern Abzug), gibt es bisher nichts, worüber ich mich beschweren könnte. Die Auswahl an Kleidung ist sehr ausgefallen und bei Übergrößen findet man schicke Klamotten, im Gegensatz zu Deutschland, wo man bei Übergrößen nur Kleidung bekommt, die furchtbar aussieht, farblos, gräßliche Muster und Schnitte. Wenn man sich nach den Größentabellen richtet, bei sich selbst ordentlich Maß nimmt, stimmen die Größen auch absolut. Bisher schon oft bei Rosegal bestellt, war alles immer ok. Einmal war etwas bestelltes und bezahltes ausverkauft. Ich bekam anstandslos das Geld rückerstattet.

I ordered a jacket from them. Oh boo!!! I got a child size jacket. I'm 45 years old and a plus size lady. I put in a ticket. They told me to take pictures. I did that. Now no one will contact me about anything. All I want is a return address to get my money back. If I have to go to the government I will.

I absolutely love RoseGal! Everything that I have orederd has been so awesome. Great product description and sizing! I definitely recommend it others. If by chance I have any concerns or questions, their customer service has been great! It's my favorite place to shop, by far. And for a plus size girl, it's a relief to have cute clothes in my size!

I have now completed 2 orders from Rosegal and I couldn't be happier. Everything I have received is great quality and for perfectly. Not going to lie, I avoided ordering from them for a long time as I thought they were one of those sites that say you're ordering a 2x but really you're getting a medium. I picked up a dress from Amazon that was a Rosegal brand and was shocked. Not only was the quality great but the sizing was spot on. I started ordering from them directly. They always have great sales and even tell you what coupons your order is qualified for at checkout. I have so many cute clothes now that not everyone else has around me by shopping at the same store. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be ordering more.
