Big scammers What i ordered was completely different to what was on their website and there is no way to contact them. I’m so angry I hope their business closes down - thieves!!!!

I would say half of my wardrobe is from Rosegal and I love them! I am plus size (UK18-22) and find their clothes are super comfortable with good stretch in them. Their gothic styles and dresses are my favorite for sure 😊 Delivery to UK takes about 7 days normally which I think is great considering the clothes are coming from abroad.

I am very satisfied, good quality clothes, true to size. I am glad that they also deliver to Hungary. it's good that you can get clothes in large sizes. There are often sales, I recommend it to everyone

Commande passée il y a 3 semaines.Affiché comme livré dans la boîte aux lettres alors que c'est impossible vu la taille de ma boîte .Et aucune réponse à mes mails de réclamation. Je vais donc faire appel à la justice car il est hors de question que je me fasse voler!

Per Rosegal's response, I sent an email 11/06/2023 to the address they recommended in their original response, with all the information including the order number, the items I want to return and their stock numbers. I'm getting the impression they have not received that email--what is going on with this company? They ask for further information through an email, you send it, and they don't respond???

I ordered my stuff on October 6 and was told that I would be getting everything by October 14 it’s now October 19 and I still don’t have anything that I have ordered. I have tried to contact the company and no response. The customer service phone numbers do not work. And I am ready to report all of this to the better business bureau. I remember after I ordered my clothing why I stopped ordering from this company before. I am going on vacation next week and I planned on taking the clothes with me. I am very upset by all of this and I will not plan on ever ordering anything ever again. I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and nothing. This is really bad customer service.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The quality is awful. I know it's cheap fashion, but the two dresses I ordered are unwearable. The stitching is poor,the material is really cheap, but worst of all is the fit. They are not fitted as shown on the website. Just like sacks. I've already contacted support who have advised they can be returned at my expense. The postage is going to be more than the dresses are worth! I could understand if I changed my mind, or they didn't fit me, but they just don't match the product I ordered! My advice is to stay away.

I absolutely loved every piece i got from them. The clothes were good quality and fit according to the size chart. The jewelry was gorgeous and well made. Can’t wait to get more items.

Habe jetzt bereits zum 2en mal bestellt. Preislich super, Qualität völlig okay und die Lieferzeit war auch in Ordnung (2 Wochen). Ich bin eine EU50/52 und wenn man seine Größe mit dem Size Chart vergleicht, bekommt man die Ware die einem zu 100% passt. Bisher alles immer wie angegossen gepasst. Daher musste ich nie das "Problem" mit der Rücksendung machen. Werde hier immer wieder bestellen und es auch auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

J'ai fait beaucoup de recherche avant de décider de me lancer à l'eau et d'acheter sur Rosegal. J'ai commandé et je n'ai pas eu de problèmes. Tout a été livré, la commande était fidèle et complète à ce que j'avais demandé. Il faut bien vérifier la taille des vêtements et, surtout, le matériel. Rosegal mentionne l'extensibilité du vêtement : ce qui est à prendre en considération. Ce sont des vêtements peu coûteux, donc je ne sais pas s'ils ont une durée de vie très longue. Je suis contente de ma commande et n'ai rien à reprocher. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderais, parce que le tracking cesse de se faire à partir d'un moment. J'ai pris l'assurance de 3$ à ma commande, donc en cas de problème... je n'ai pas de problème futur. À vous de voir si l'expérience vous tente. Du Québec.

Da poco ho scoperto Rosegal e me ne sono innamorata! E' un brand con capi di tendenza, sono rimasta sorpresa piacevolmente colpita per la qualità dei capi d'abbigliamento. Sono molto belli di ottima vestibilità e sul loro negozio online la scelta è vasta. Io avrei comprato tutto :) La vestibilità è meravigliosa, è come avere addosso una seconda pelle, mentre la spedizione veloce e i capi sono accuratamente piegati in una custodia.
