The clothes have been nice quality, and as long as you pay attention to the measurements of each individual item, you can work out the sizing accurately. I like the fact that they have more "alternative" items in plus sizes. And longer tops! Delivery takes a couple of weeks but that's to be expected since it comes from China. I have ordered multiple times and never had any issues.

I thought I was getting a great deal on dresses on Black Friday. Their size chart is off. Some dresses were nice some didn't come at all. I was charged for the entire order even tho only some was shipped out. No updates on anything. Then a month later, Christmas eve, I get another charge from them. I emailed them and they said it's not them. But it is. The website says it's not them and the email says it is them and that'll they're sorry all my stuff didn't come and they refund me. When that wasn't even my complaint. I was aware shipping would take forever and possibly come in pieces. I wasn't aware that extra charges would be occuring without my knowledge or consent. I read things about how this site will allow you to get scammed and not care. I should've listened to those comments instead of the few good ones. That's my dumb hopeful ass fault. Don't let yours get fooled too. Shop local! You'll get better quality maybe for more expense but you'll feel safe and secure and like you've done something good. Instead of worrying you've got completely ripped off.

Rosegal never disappoints! There dresses are fun and flirty and I get compliments every time I wear one! They have great customer service and fast delivery! This is my 5th or 6th order and I’m always impressed! Thanks Rosegal!

I’ve been a customer at ROSEGAL for one year. I’ve never been disappointed. The company is super kind to people who want good fashion for a good budget. Not to mention the points you can earn for a discount. With regards to the sizing, I find it is quite accurate and also a lot of the materials are stretch, but besides that is always good to read the product description before ordering. Always impressed about the different styles and the fabric of their products.

Rosegal stock plus size clothes that fit just make sure to check the measurements as items do differe but once recoeved they are true to size. Affordable and lovely clothes!

I've ordered from Rosegal twice now and I'm very satisfied with my items. It's a very affordable plus size brand that offers sizes up to UK 32 I believe. Clothes actually fit and look exactly as seen on the pictures! I will definitely order again !

Update: Rosegal customer support has been in touch with me and we are working on a solution. I'm upping my rating to 3 stars today simply for the effort they are making. Once we have reached a solution and, if I still have an order at that time, I will update again once I receive the order! I placed an order on 11/27/23. Their website says they ship in 5-7 days. When my order still showed "processing" on December 8th I, after much searching, found the contact info (which stated they respond within 24 hours) and sent them an email. I still haven't heard back from them. I'm going to cancel my order, if I can, tomorrow.

I placed an order on November 24th. I received an email on the 29th saying my order has been shipped. But, the site to track the order is not in English. I have emailed you twice asking for an update and have not received a reply.

I have amended this review because whilst I didn't receive my order. The company were very responsive and respectful in their communication with me and promptly refunded my money. I hope for any future order that they will be able to fulfil the order as advertised. Original post .....Very disappointing..Ordered on 23rd November and order still showing as in processing.

They are a scam. I need to return items I bought because the sizes were incorrect. They will only give me 1/3 of my purchase price. They do not disclose their non return policy

UPDATE: On december 11, four weeks (!) after my initial order, I get an E-Mail saying my item was out of stock and my order could not be fulfilled. I should add that a few days before that, I got an E-Mail confirming that MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED (but without providing a tracking link). Absolutely unprofessional and to be avoided! Ordered on November 16, still no shipping confirmation as of today (December 2nd). The delivery time was announced as 4-10 business days. I asked for a refund, all I got was a "your order is ready to be shipped"-email, but no shipping confirmation or tracking. Also no refund obviously. I consider this to be a scam.
