Servizio di Reso inesistente e al limite della truffa. Ho acquistato dei capi di fattura assolutamente scadente (compro regolarmente da Shein sono abituata non mi aspettavo certo capi di alta sartoria ma nemmeno stampe sgranate). Ho naturalmente richiesto il reso, ho spedito i prodotti a mio carico, mi hanno fornito di un etichetta ma il mittente si è trasferito. Di fatto non solo non ho ottenuto il rimborso, ma ho anche pagato inutilmente una spedizione. Il servizio clienti non è stato in grado di fare nulla se non dirmi di aspettare che il pacco mi ritorno indietro e rispedirlo. Ovviamente non rispedirò il pacco perché butterei altri soldi, farò un opera di bene donando i vestiti alla chiesa, anche se sono buoni solo per il camino. Sarebbe bastato rimborsarmi con un buono almeno metà dell'importo della merce e senza farmi spedire indietro il pacco. Io avrei dovuto riacquistare, non avreste perso un cliente, e avreste avuto comunque più soldi del vero valore della merce che comunque avrei donato. App cancellata di corsa

This review is both about my last item purchased and the extremely poor customer service that is now non-existent! My last item is completely unwearable! It is very poorly made. The front is huge when zipped up but the back from shoulder to shoulder is tight and will rip as as soon as I move my arms. The fabric is nothing but a very thin shirt with an extremely oversized hood. It is not a light jacket as I thought it would be. I have been trying to submit a RMA since I received the item end of November/beginning of December. I was finally able to submit an RMA on 12/14/22 after several failed attempts and I got an email from Rosegal replying that my question had been answered. But when I click to see the response the website and the app just shows an error message "Question not found". I can no longer reach customer service for anything. I have tried several times to submit a ticket (RMA) for this item and the same message comes up..."Question not found" or "RMA already submitted". This company no longer has a way to communicate with them. I have tried Messenger as well and no one will help. Presales questions only with Messenger. They only advised I submit a RMA which I have done and can't do again on this specific item! Absolutely no one is willing to help with my problem from this company. I have been able to communicate with customer service in the past over items (purchasing from them for almost a year) but now there is NO WAY to reach anyone! This company has lost my business! MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY!

Big fan of this brand. Took a chance a few months ago and bought a dress. I loved it so much that since then I have probably purchased around 15 additional items that cost/alternative range is amazing. I honestly think it’s the best place to go to if you want to buy alternative clothing. With regards to the sizing, I find it is quite accurate I always order my normal dress size. A lot of the materials are high. Stretch always good to read the product description before ordering.
