SuperLie73. Every week same answer. The problem is not the time, is that the customer don’t have any info about the order, in my case there are two orders, waiting more than one month. I bought a zg for my girlfriend birthday (13aug) and a zx for me. Now I’m not happy, I feel like I have TWO PROBLEMS.

My ZX came to rural Ireland in 9 days (is actually very good time for Ireland 😅) not a scratch on it everything working perfect assembly is completed in 5 minutes. The bike has a nice range of 60km and that’s when your riding as fast as possible the whole time 😎 all in all best bike ever. buy one ASAP

When raining a bit trouble because sometimes suddenly off.

Really helpful persons working at the Duivendrecht (Amsterdam) shop. My saddle was leak and the guy replaced it immediately and helped me when I asked other questions about the bike. Because we are in The Netherlands I wished for some fenders/splashbacks. It rains a lot here....Hopefully it will be available soon, cause right now this is not an option.. and my face is full mud and water so I can't see s*** when cruising. So it a very expensive bike which we can only ride with good weather?! But beside this complaint... I love my batmobile! Good job!

ZG is an amazing bike. Super73 — amazing company. It took some time for me to decide if I want one (after a bunch of youtube videos), which model I need, compare it to competitors and learn some regulations about e-bikes in EU. It took some time to arrive after pre-order (waiting time was less than expected though); it was super easy to assemble alone. Overall I am super happy. First time in five years I absolutely enjoy riding my new ZG around Berlin. Also worth mentioning outstanding customer support: answered all my questions and helped instantly. I ordered on an the 2nd an got it on the 12th well packaged am well made up with it it’s a head Turner only things is as it connects to phone (android) it stopped working with android but it works with iPhone they just need to have more accessories an available as most are out of stock have been for a while there is ment to be accessories package coming out but when also needs Suspension forks for it the forks that are in it an Solid forks but forks you can buy of site not Suitable for the zx model

Very very bad experience. I did a command for the RX. They Said that i would have the bike in july they sended me and e-mail with the tracking number of the shipping. All that to tell me at the end we dont have the bike it is out of stock. Great !!!!

The bike isn't the problem. The bike is really good. If it's working that is. My problem is that everything is out of stock, The app wont work with Android (for me atleast), customer support is very slow to answer (1-2 days per massage on weakdays). These bikes are quite expensive and you assume everything works when you get one. But thats not how it was in my case. Again, The bike itself is great and really fun but I think everything around The bike could improve. I would recommend you to purchase a bike but be aware of the problems that you might have.

I purchased this bike for myself and my son to go about on, the bike is sturdy and is that easy to that my 8 year old son(who is autistic) is able to pedal the bike with me on the back no problem. The bike was delivered in a massive padded box and the delivery company phoned the day before it arrived, its really easy to build four Allen bolts for the handle bars and put the pedals and front light on, the battery charger came with a European plug on it which I used a tooth brush 3 pin uk conversion to charge.(once the battery is plugged in you need to switch the battery on to start the charge the red light will then turn green)

Very nice sales and support, however delivery very long and intransparent. Super 73 was not in the picture and did not know the status exactly. It was impossible to judge when it will be delivered and it took about 2 weeks.

I’ve been reading some of the bad reviews but have had non of the problems myself except the app at the start but I just contacted customer service and they fixed it straight away. It is a great bike, super fun and very fast.
