Gibraltar | 19 May 2021I purchased to ZG model for my son and what a great product it is and it really stands out as a cool bike. The quality is also excellent and it is very well made. The only downside so far would be the charging unit which is not quite as robust as the charging units I have on two other e-bikes we have but this is a minor point.

What has annoyed me about this is the large business choices. **MODDERS BEWARE** The ZG comes with a smaller motor than its equivalent Z US model counter part. They created a video to explain the differences about these products and it was not mentioned, quite a big thing I feel to be omitted from it. And it is not like that motor isn't available in the EU the next model up has it. This was purely a greed choice I believe. Every body likes modding their bikes, be it with something as simple as changing the grips or changing the controller. All I can say is that I am very disappointed someone made the choice in this company to charge more for a bike with a smaller motor. After find this out I cancelled my order and will look at a Chinese clone.

Netherlands | 09 May 2021Fiets besteld via Nederlandstalige site. Fiets binnen 5 dagen bezorgd door Geodis. Geen melding vooraf, geen verzend bevestiging, niks. Spatborden set die ik bij besteld had is niet geleverd en ook de verlichting van de fiets ontbreekt. Gemaild met support en 5 dagen later nog steeds geen reactie. De fiets zelf is leuk, de ervaring met de verkopers niet. Edit: Inmiddels geweldig contact gehad met de customer care en alle producten zijn geleverd, met een cadeau.

Switzerland | 22 April 2021Die RX wurde rasch geliefert. Karton und E-Bike kamen in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an. Alles super, die RX funktioniert tipptop, ist ein soo cooles Gefährt! Spart um die 500.- Fr. indem ihr an die Grenze liefern lässt und das E-Bike selbst verzollt und transportiert.

After my order was made despite only saying issues with uk orders on the buy page they have a blog stating ireland is included despite being in EU which they haven't resolved in 4 months and no sign of ever resolving, cancelled my order in the end as I was told issue would be resolved in a week and then a week later was told they didn't know when would be resolved so can't comment on the actual bike but company has a track record of empty promises judging from their blog which I wish I was aware of before buying. I also bought a throttle kit which was able to ship with no issues but I have no use for now which I find strange and a contradiction. Would avoid company if you are from Ireland

Sweden | 15 April 2021I was initially very skeptic about placing the order, not at all for the bike (i fell in love with the style and look), not that much for the price point, but skeptic about users on Reddit saying how bad the bike was and, especially how bad customer service was. I decided to go for it, because in general, even tho luck should be a variable, it might happen that something could go wrong, and checking all the other posts of really happy customers, i believed they were only isolated cases. OH BOY! The bike is really amazing, i m totally in love with it! Is making me re-discovering my city from a completely other level. Customer service has been so far, 5 stars. I opened few ticket and i got an answer maximum in 24 hours, but most of the time in 12. As soon as they start replied to emails, the back and forth is within minutes. So it has been excellent. I had a minor minor issue and needed some guidance, and i was so lucky to be assigned to Ottavio, which guide me thru the problem and help me out, via emails and surprisingly via phone calls. I couldn't be happier! So thanks Ottavio! Cheers

Netherlands | 12 April 2021Mega slechte slome service. 2 fietsen gekocht de s2 en de ZG. Bij de ZG dag een lieten de letters al los van het zadel. Dag 4 blijft het aan en uit knop van de accu vast zitten. Dag 12 motor problemen valt regelmatig uit verliest vermogen en maakt een brommend geluid. Waarschijnlijk productie fout prima kan gebeuren maar de manier hoe dit word opgelost ik wacht nu al een week op een verzend label om de motor terug te kunnen sturen elke dag bel ik ze. Je moet ze zelf steeds bellen als jij niks doet doen zei ook niks. Het duurt soms dagen weken tot je een reactie krijgt. Ik ben nu op een punt gekomen dat ze niet eens meer opnemen mega slechte service!! Hallo SUPER73 ik wil een nieuwe motor graag voor mijn 3 weken oude fiets!!! Plus een nieuw aan en uit-knop met een nieuw zadel waarvan de letters niet los laten!!!!
