Love my new bike 😍😍

I love the bike, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. There is no guidance on installing accessories like footpegs (Super73 doesn't offer the accessories, but also waives guarantee if you install a 3rd party). Also, the bike should come standard with a steering lock and track & trace (like VanMoof and Cowboy). Now there is a need to carry a heavy chain everywhere.

Super73 S2 is perfect stylish e-bike. Recommend it to anyone who would like to drive with great pleasure. Quality is good enough. Unfortunately my e-bike arrived with few eights on front and rear wheels. Have to go to local service to fix that. Other stuff is awesome. Communication and support are on highest level. I would like to mark as 5, but cannot because of wheel issues. Sorry.

Super Bike und Super Service Einfach toll das team ist wunderbar. Bike genau wie beschrieben hab in 3 Tagen schon 96km hinter mir und bin begeistert. Resonanz ist auch unbeschreiblich.

Super73 is a great product and service! Choice of couriers' app was misleading as to where the delivery was in their delivery chain so a little frustrating but not to do with Super73. Would definitely order again and again and again......

I know Brexit has caused issues and not entirely super73’s fault…but wouldn’t have purchased if I knew they weren’t shipping to the UK. I didn’t know they weren’t shipping until after I enquired after 3 weeks, and was told they didn’t even know when they would be shipping. Accepting money from customers with bikes labelled ‘In stock’ with no clear indication when making purchase that there was no clear delivery date is not great. After waiting months & months, My bike was finally delivered. 2 weeks later, a newer model was released. Typical.

Took ages to ship and it’s tiny. I’m 6ft 1” and can barely sit on it. It’s like a clown bike… will have to resell

Unfortunately my experience is not that good. First my order was in wrong and because of that my bike wasn't coming. After I contacted several times customer service they found out there was something wrong in there system so they had to order it again but that ment I would jugged as a "new customer". So instead of July I got the bike in November. Finally I got my bike when straight away the taillight didn't work. After around 4-5 months I got a new taillight. Then unfortunately I got a small accident so I needed some parts and for this I'm still waiting for more then 3 months and nobody can tell me anything. The customer service is always nice but unfortunately that doesn't solve my problem. I understand there a problems due to corona as I experience this also with my company but at least I can give my customers indications. So the bike is great but the service is horrible unfortunately.
