ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. I chose this company because they were competitively priced. Arrived at Gatwick and the meet and greet point was not the same as the approved providers - should have smelt a rat then. On return we called 20 times and there was either no answer, or we were cut off or the man who answered was having another conversation with his colleague whilst on the line to us. I asked about the complaint procedure and was told to speak to the driver. We did and he didn't know the procedure, nor the email address or the office telephone number. Shocking. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY.

Dreadful experience at Manchester Airport. Booked a meet and greet. Car was supposed to be dropped off when we landed but we ended up having to pay for a taxi and hunt for it. Eventually found our car in a field out in the country side. The guy in charge said, ridiculously, that all the flights had arrived at once so didn't have enough drivers. Got home 2 hours later than should have.

You receive an email after buying the parking that you should call 25-30 mins prior to arrival at airport and wait at drop off zone (where at manchester can only stay for 10 mins). Says in the email not to go in because after 10 mins you get charged £25... not sure where else you're meant to go when you arrive?! If you go to a car park you get charged. This is what we ended up doing because they took 20 mins longer. So, then we were told when we arrive, it will be parked at arrivals pick up car park. So in the end I ended up paying extra £11... when I could have paid for a proper car park near the airport without any charges for stopping off at a car park to wait for my car to be picked up. Not an efficient service. Don't use. Go for the other reliable companies, which work out cheaper anyway because you don't pay for parking, and at least you know where your car is. I think they park the car 20-30 mins away.

I have used Meet and Greet Car Parking at Gatwick many times over the years however this was by far the worst experience I have had and will not be using them ever again. Our flight arrived on time and had our bags at approx. 01:40am and rang the company as instructed to be told my vehicle would be with me in approx. 30 mins. however I was still waiting for my car to be returned at 03:00am. I contacted the number provide on at least 6 times chasing for my vehicle and was simply lied to on every occassion. It was on its way, it was 10 minutes away, it was at the car park entrance, the driver had gone to South Terminal in error - you really could not make this up. The driver confirmed that the information I had been provided was not true and showed me the paperwork confirming what time he had picked my car up at which did not correlate to anything the employee had told me on each of the calls I had made. To top it all when I got to the exit gate I scanned the parking ticket the driver provided my which requested a payment of £495. I spoke to an assistant on the intercom and when they checked the records informed me that the driver had obviously tailgated another vehicle in to the car park which was why my registration was not recorded on the ticket and the system was asking for £495 to be paid. The exit fee issue was resolved after a lengthy discussion with a very helpful assistant and I left having paid the standard £4 fee. I have emailed MOBIT with the above details and am awaiting a suitable reply. MOBIT & Holiday Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet should be avoided at all costs.

Do not use, they’re rude , aggressive and your car doesn’t turn up where it should or when it should. Must have been a carpark a long way out as quite a few more miles are now on my car. We waited over an hour on our return for the car having turned up where I was told, after chasing four or five times we were then sent to another floor and I had to flag my car down. One star is too much this company should not be used

If we had seen these reviews before booking there is no way we would have used this company. The 5* reviews on their website are fake! Our car was used whilst we was on holiday. We made sure we left nothing at all in our car before we left. The only thing in the car was my Michael Kors backpack which was left on the back seat of the car. On returning from our holiday we found my back pack had been moved to the boot as someone had sat in the back of the car. The foot wells were dirty. There was a ladies belt on the back seat. Ladies sanitary products in the glove compartment. Split coffee all over the centre console and a dirty tissue also in the centre console. We trusted this company to look after our brand new car and they had clearly been using it whilst we were away. Will be taking them to a small claims court. Even giving them one star is too much. AVOID

The facts are this: when we left our car it contained a change purse for parking meters containing about £30, a wallet containing annual passes for various parks/zoos and loyalty cards, a door key and a memory stick which contained nursery rhymes for our granddaughter. The day after collecting our car, we needed a park pass and realised the wallet was not in the glove compartment which made us investigate further, only to find al the above items were also missing. The car came back with mud on,what were clean floor mats, and huge splashes of bird poo. We will now have to change door locks and have had to pay £12 today to have one set of annual passes reissued. What concerned us was the fact that, when looking for parking, we did not 'sign up' for Mobit but with, what we now realise is a generic parking site who then sublet. Sadly, this will bring our days of valet parking to an end as we do not know who we might be subcontracted to in the future. If there were negative stars, Mobit would have been given them. No one has come back to us and it has been impossible to contact them.

Please do not use this company or any other companies that offer a meet and greet service. Had the worst experience using Mobit on Monday evening. After a long flight and as we went through passport control I rang them to ask where I should meet them to get my car. I was initially told when I dropped the car that it would be parked in a car park behind terminal 3. There isn’t a car park at terminal 3 only found this out when I landed back in Manchester. When they eventually answered the phone I was told my car was half an hour away and when I questioned where it was I was told ‘i have had a long day it will be with you soon’. I waited 20 mins and rang back and was told to go to T3 level 3 it would be half an hour. I eventually went and spoke with a police officer who told me it has been known in the past that people haven’t gotten their cars back for days and there was nothing they could do. He advised me that if I didn’t get it back within half an hour to make alternative arrangements to get home. On this occasion they returned the car but the police told me they are not reputable companies and if they hadn’t have returned my car then it would have been between me and them to sort out. Please take note companies like this should not be allowed to trade in this country what right do they have to misuse peoples propert nothing but scammers and we need to get rid of them

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Surprisingly the drop off wasn’t an issue! However upon collecting my car they were over an hour late, my car arrived missing it’s front registration plate with multiple scratches all over the bonnet, when I confronted the guy who dropped it off he said e-mail the office. I have done this now, there response was they will offer me a 15% discount on my next stay with them are they trying to have a laugh? Good look talking to my solicitors I’ll see you in court:) scum bags! Stay well away!

Firstly on the morning I was due to drop the car off I received numerous phone calls checking on My arrival time despite me being on time. I was then directed to a different location to where the paperwork said too go, found my meet and greet agent and the drop off wasn’t too bad. I was given a receipt with contact numbers too call upon my return. Having returned I spent over an hour trying to get through to the two numbers I had been given, both phones either turned off or unavailable. Eventually after 90 minutes of trying I managed to raise someone!! Shocking experience, do not touch, avoid, stay clear, disgrace of a company

Wished i had read this thread before booking with Mobit (a booking agent) who assigned my car parking booking to Manchester Airport Parking Services Ltd. In January 2019 I returned back to Manchester T1 and the car was caked in mud in the driver's footwell and door. Repeated emails and calls to get the car valetted were ignored or I was fobbed off if I was lucky enough to speak to someone on the phone. Unfortunately for me I'd already made another booking with them for April 2019 so I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. As I was making my way to T1 I called ahead as requested and they denied all existence of the booking - even though I had email confirmation and payment received 6 months before and a text reminder the day before. The woman on the phone was stroppy and denied all knowledge that I'd booked with them - even though I called 3 different numbers provided in their email and heard her voice each time! They eventually took the car off me after making me park up outside the airport waiting and chasing them on the phone. After the holiday, like many other comments here we waited 1 hour for the car to be returned after being promised 20-25 mins. Less 'meet and greet', more 'wait and hope' - I kept calling them for updates but the phone was either engaged or was cut off. Amazingly after waiting 1 hour for them to bring the car back (approx only 3-4 miles away from wherever they stored it) the driver was funny with me as I checked the car over for any damage - he said he needed to rush off! From now on I'm going to pay the extra for the on site long stay and park up myself. Much less hassle.

The absolute worst valet parkin experience I have ever had. The company did not provide our details to the local valet so when we phoned 30mins before arrival they had no record of us, our car or our booking. We ended up having to give our car across with no documentation after an hour of trying to raise someone from mobit who apparently aren’t available before 09:00 on a weekday! We eventually got through just before boarding the plane and were told everything was fine and we could write to them if we were unhappy with the service!!! 3days later my wife then flew back on her own to collect our car only to have to wait 85 minutes in the car park for our car to reappear despite calling the valet as she got off the plane. Rubbish service and definitely wouldn’t use again or EVER recommend them

Terrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever experienced with a meet and greet. Dutifully Informed them I’d be an hour early as traffic was better than anticipated, only to be scalded by man on the phone because I’d booked a different time online. When we arrived at Heathrow they were late anyway because the driver had been and gone, leading to a £6 additional charge for parking longer than 15mins. We waited 40mins before anyone turned up. Sad face. On return, again I contacted them when I’d collected my baggage only to be scalded again for ringing early!!! To top it off , my partner and tired 8monyh old Theo waited two whole fudging hours because apparently my 2017 polo had a handbrake issue and the car wouldn’t start. Never had this problem before but the fact is, there was no communication whatsoever so we were left feeling abandoned, tired and grumpy. I will never ever use this company again. They were rude, superbly inefficient and a total waste of money. The only saving grace with this ridiculous company is that they took so long returning my car that the morning rush hour traffic had passed and the roads were clearer when we finally set off home.

This was one of the worse meet and greet service, I have ever seen. They arrived late to pick up the car. On my return I called at 1:30 to pick up my car and he was questioning me if I was telling the truth that I have picked up my luggage and to make it worse he was telling me to go to level 5 at terminal 5 when there is no level 5 parking and it took more than 2 hours and numerous phone calls to get my car back. They came up with the most lame excuses including one that they have dispatched the wrong car to me. Do not use this company I would not even give them 1 star. They are not worth a penny.

Gatwick North - collected and delivered on time but car had obviously been parked somewhere muddy and there was mud all over drivers floor mat. Also we had to pay to get out of car park and Park manager said this was an unauthorised Meet and Greet.

Absolutely terrible service. It was obviously clear that my car had been used for other purposes as the car mats were very dirty and bits of food were found on seats. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

This business is a scam. They are booking "meet and greet" service with unauthorised operators, who will park the cars on the street or in random lots. I received a dirty, muddy, scratched car, that was parked outside a strip club near Heathrow while I was away (I know this as my car has in-built GPS). After multiple emails they refused to do anything about it. Did not even refund me the parking cost (that they admitted they are liable for), and blamed their "partner" for this, who of course did not reply to any emails and every time I called said "wait for an email". I am not sure why they are even allowed to operate, looking to follow this at the small claims court. Shame on them and the registered owner, Mr Muhammad Khan, Director of Acrologix UK Ltd, that is the actual name of the company.

I booked parking for Heathrow. The website did not inform me until after I had paid upfront for my stay that the parking is in the centre of Slough and according to Routeplanner that is at least 20 minutes from the airport (Much more in traffic) and not the 13 minutes that they claim. I also discovered that the parking is at the top of a multi-storey shopping centre car park and you have to leave car keys with them so they can move your car while you are away. I was not happy with any of this and cancelled asking for a full refund. They would only part refund me, charging £15 for administration fees. My advice is DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
