United Kingdom | 04 October 2019Avoid like the plague. On departing Manchester we had to wait 30 minutes for them to arrive despite calling them ahead of our arrival as requested. The handover was unprofessional and I felt extremely uneasy leaving my car with them. On return we followed instructions and called to have the car returned to be told they were busy and it would be 30 mins. After 35 mins and no show I called again only to be fobbed off. After a further 40 mins and 4 calls my car turned up filthy and with muddy footprints inside.

United Kingdom | 02 October 2019Had the worst experience ever, from keys being lost , turning up 2 hours late although arrival time was confirmed, charging leads being stolen & food wrappers being left in car, never never again !!! & to top it off my complaint was answered 3 weeks after initial complaint was raised & for them to offer 20% discount if I use them again, not likely!!

United Kingdom | 02 October 2019We booked meet and greet for the 15th September was told to call 20 minutes before we arrived at the airport. We started calling at 5.38am, we was given two numbers but nether answered. Called the office 22 times and the mobile 16 times. We finally got the car picked up at 7.20 should have been picked up at 6am. This was so stressful. On return we was told to call and our car would be at the short stay car park. On our way there received a phone call telling us to pick the car up from departures instead. This was our worst parking experience ever would not recommend this company.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2019I paid for airport parking where I could keep my car keys due to previous issues with parking companies from mobit where my car had not been parked in a secure area. The email I received listing the on arrival instructions said I had to leave my keys with them which is a clear contradiction of what was posted on their website. I have contacted them regarding this and wanting to cancel the parking but they refused citing the terms and conditions and refusing to investigate my claim the advert was incorrect and in breach of the Advertising Standards Authority rules. Mobit have only offered a refused minus a £15 cancellation charge which I refused as I have not used their service due to their advert being fraudulent and false. Mobit have refused to communicate with me regarding this matter via email and they have no telephone number where I can talk to someone about this. Please see the screenshot over the next page which shows the “key icon” which has now been removed from their advert where on the other pages attached I have highlighted the key symbol showing it in the screenshot and the highlight text in their email for me to hand over the keys. This was a simple matter of mobit making a mistake on their advert which they have now fixed but that shows they are liable and are at fault of making this mistake. Is fraudulent and fake abusing customers cars and using them without permission so it seems Mobit are willing to aid and abet fraudulent companies. Please see the attached from Mobit where they have emailed me explain what “keep your keys” means, which what I would like to know is if their advert is not misleading why have they removed the “keep your keys” symbol from their website? By them removing the keys this shows they acknowledge it was misleading and have corrected the advert so it is no longer misleading.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2019We returned back to Manchester from Orlando this morning at 6.40 am. After Thomas cook went bust we still managed to get home on time thanks to virgin. Everything was a bit slow at the airport so it was 9am when we phoned for our car to come, 1 hour later we called them again in fact we ended up calling them 30+ times to be ignored cut off and given a different excuse every time they actually did answer. 4 hours later they called and said we now had to meet them in a completely different place than was arranged. We arrived home at 3pm absolutely exhausted. Avoid this company at all costs.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2019If your happy with yourself/girlfriend/partner/family member or who ever your traveling with being called a daft c*nt or stupid sl*g for being 2 mins late to collect the car then this is the company for you. Never experienced a service like this before in my life. Honestly wish I’d of read the reviews before booking. I would rather walk the 45 miles from my home to the airport then use this meet and greet company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS SERIOUSLY.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2019Avoid! Waited 1 hour 20 for the car on our return. No communication from the company - told they will ‘check’ and ring us back 3 times but never called back. Additional parking charges applied (£9) enforced by the airport but made it more expensive. Would not recommend.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2019Booked my parking with Manchester Skypark Ltd Outdoor Park. Money was taken out of my account but I haven't received confirmation E-mail. When I messaged them they couldn't find me in the system under my name or anything. Have to make another booking. Definitely avoid this company!

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Booked a park and ride service for January which is 4 months in advance, choose Mobit because of the price. I regret my decision big time. I read on the website about the park and ride service before booking and read the terms and conditions before making payment. After payment was made, to my suprise it was then the website stated in the day call 20 minutes before arriving and drop off car keys. I immediately decided to cancel my booking as I did not wish to have to call and leave my keys. I sent an email as I did the booking on Friday evening and the customer service lines are not open on the weekend. I had no reply on Monday morning so I phone up. Was unable to get through. I then went on live chat and explained the situation. John who I was speaking to said I had to pay the £15 adminstration charge and it clearly states in the terms and conditions that you need to leave you car keys and showed me a screenshot. I argued and said it did not before placing my order showed him the screenshot of the website under the services section and park and ride. I also went to do a dummy booking and checked it was not displayed, I clicked on terms and conditions before payment and showed him the entire screenshot and the was no mention about handing over car keys. He refused to help despite me providing all the evidence that I'm not at fault and the website is to blame therefore I should not have to pay the £15 as I have been mislead and miss sold. I then ended the live chat and said I'll speak to my bank about doing a chargeback and leave a bad review. I then get a phone call and then explain to the operator and he said the admin team will be in touch, I said to him to make sure this is noted so they are aware of the situation and he assured me it has been noted. They then emailed me several hours later and just confirmed they can cancel with a £15 charge. I then replied and then sent them the screenshots and had to explain again what had happened only for them to reply the next day just to confirm cancellation of the booking and refunding all but the £15. What an utter joke.

United Kingdom | 09 September 2019Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are happy to take your money and then don’t provide the service - had to keep driving round for over an hour and a half until they had a driver available. Kept calling and was constantly hung up on, lied to and the operator was so rude. We nearly missed our flight but no one cared. I made a complaint but got no response so reporting to trading standards.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2019One star is too many. This company almost cost me my holiday. I echo the reviews below- made my journey to Heathrow and dutifully called half an hour before ( 10 minutes more notice than required). I was told we would be met a passenger drop off at terminal 3. On arrival I once again called the number to say we had arrived, I was told by an operator a driver would be with us soon. Another 20 minutes of waiting I called again only to be told I needed to wait another 20 minutes. I explained the urgency as my flight was due to leave soon and the operator told me it was ‘my problem’ and hung up. My partner called from a different number and was blatantly lied to- telling us they had arrived but were in the other lane. The company then refused to answer any calls from the number. A driver did eventually arrive and we had to run through the airport, begging strangers if we could move up the line in security causing a great deal of stress. Made our flight with 1 minute to spare. On arrival back in the UK, once again following the instructions called to notify the company of our arrival. Again lied to with regards to times and spend 50 minutes waiting. When the car returned all the windows were down, the driver practically threw the keys at us and ran to another vehicle that was waiting to pick him up. The car was absolutely COVERED in bird faeces. I do not usually leave reviews but I am so appalled and disgusted with this company I felt compelled to.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2019Absolute disgrace. Parked at Heathrow for two weeks. Problem number one: they cheapskate on the meeting point (not the car park but departures drop off zone) and then were ten minutes late. The guy picking up the car was from another service altogether. Upon return (again not to car park but arrivals drop off one), they took over an hour and a half to bring the car. I had to call them more than 30 times. They repeatedly said they would call me back and didn't. Eventually they just wouldn't answer the phone. Only when I called with a different number did they answer immediately. Disgraceful, unprofessional and to be avoided.

United Kingdom | 22 August 2019I wish I had read the reviews here before booking. This company is so bad and the telephone guy so rude that I'm surprised they are allowed to operate at Manchester Airport. I don't want to go into any details as others have written here almost exactly what happened to us with this company. Put it this way: if you want to wait at least an hour for someone to come and pick your car even though you paid for THEM to wait for you, then, use this company. If you want to wait 2 hours with your family at the airport with no seats for them to return your car, eve though you paid for them to wait for you, please give them your money. Finally if you like beeing insulted and spoken to in a rude manner, hung up on, when you call them for ANYTHING, (I mean for anything) please send this company your hard earned cash.

United Kingdom | 16 August 2019No where on the booking confirmations did it state anything about having to pay the £4.50 - TWICE!!! (I’m car drop off and pick up). I booked through Mobit but I got some correspondence was from Silver Parking Manchester Meet and Greet. The gents picking and dropping off my car said that the extra £9 charges were because I booked it through another company. Whilst the service was ok, the hidden (ok, I didn’t trawl through the terms and conditions) 2x £4.50 charges for the multi-storey car park were not clearly stated when booking or when reading through the instructions for drop off and pick up. What was cheap and reasonable parking turned out not to be!!!!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2019Terrible company. I was charged an extra £80 for being late (traffic) even though the ticket says that an additional charge for being late is £15. They then refused to give me a new receipt for the additional charge On return I tried to call them for half an hour but no response. They answered the call, it took them an additional hour to arrive. I had to wait for my car to be returned for 90 minutes. I kept calling the company who stopped anwering my calls. Then when I used another number they answered straight away and after a heated conversation I was told to "Fu**ing wait". They have refused my refund!

United Kingdom | 12 August 2019As I sit beginning to type this review, I wonder where to begin? The start of our holiday was some what overshadowed by this company. We were instructed to ring 30 minutes away from the airport. I began trying to call but to no avail. The numbers were not answered until 20 minutes later. Upon answering, we were told that they would be 45 minutes away and we had to ‘hang around’ The terminal drop off point and wait. After half an hour of circling the backroads and local areas whilst frantically checking the clock to ensure we weren’t late for check in, we decided to call them back. The arrogant and obnoxious operator simply said “We’re busy. Deal with it.” Another half an hour past and FINALLY the driver turned up to pick up the car. My partner and I chalked it up to ‘one of those days’ and began our holiday but unfortunately we had missed our Escape lounge booking. -£56. Fast forward one week and we ring when our bags come out as, according to their information, we need to let them know 20 minutes before. As we patiently waited at 4.30am for our car we saw other flights land and leave, people beginning their holiday all whilst out car wasn’t there! 85 minutes later and several phone calls our car arrived at 5.55am. The vehicle was filthy on the outside and the driver simply said ‘it is what it is’. Vowing to NEVER use this company again we got in the car and looked for the bag of change, specifically requested by Mobit Parking and Premium Parking Meet and Greet Manchester to leave so that the drivers could pay in and out and it was gone. I chased after the driver who passed his phone to me and said speak to him. I was told i’m not getting the money back and if I have a complaint, send it in an email but he checks them so there’s probably no point. Furious at this mans lack of concern for my property, and his general disregard for ‘the customer is always right’ we used the GPS system to locate where the car was stored. NEVER have I seen such a disorganised and chaotic field with cars littered as if it was a festival. The majority of customer cars windows were down, some stuck in puddles and others what can only be described as abandoned! The owner arrived and told me I wan’t meant to be here and “Get out!” After speaking for a few minutes he told me I shouldn’t have left anything in the car and I can’t prove that any money was there to begin with. I told him his paperwork said I HAD to do that and I’m other circumstances I wouldn’t have. He then proceeded to ask can I show him where it says that? I showed him the paperwork and he informed me to ‘stick it up your a** you mother f*****r’. -£16 After a barrage of abuse and coming into my personal space and firmly pressing his head against mine we decided to leave. I genuinely feel that the only reason I escaped without physical harm is I began to record the whole conversation and this allowed him to think on his actions. The outside condition of the car was a disgrace and has had to be cleaned -£9. The ‘privilege’ to park my car there cost -£56 which was day light robbery. I strenuously advise anyone NOT to use the ‘meet and greet’ with this company. Not only is it not a meet and greet, more like a wait an hour meet then wait an hour and half with a vehicle which has been mistreated and then be stolen from is returned. The owner believes that he can and does do what he wants. He is right and no one will do anything about it. The next time it could be your brother, sister, mother etc using this company and I feel that they may not be as lucky as I was. Vote with your feet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

United Kingdom | 07 August 2019Started well, the booking was easy, they were very proactive. After that it wasn’t so great. As instructed we phoned 30 minutes before getting to Heathrow. We had to wait another half hour for driver to arrive. If we were tight for time this would have been more than just annoying. Agent we spoke to aggressive and irritable manner, not at all pleasant. On return same thing happened. We phoned after bag pick up, told to wait inside terminal building, driver will call on arrival. No call for 30 minutes. We could track our car and see it was nearby so we phoned again to Mr Irritable who told us to go to pick up area, car had been there for 20 minutes. Driver clearly unhappy we weren’t there on time yet we had followed their instructions throughout. Not well organised, not a nice experience at all. Never again.
