I ordered a pair of waterproof boots and within 5-6 wears (in an urban/city environment), the seam at the front of the shoe split. I contacted Clarks via the customer care to request a refund. I attached multiple pictures of the defective boot, and no ever contacted me and I have yet to receive a refund. Would not recommend purchasing anything from Clarks. Edit: Despite the response from Clarks’s care team below, the issue has NOT been resolved. The charge is still reflected on my credit card and I HAVE NOT received any refund. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company.

United States | 30 January 2025I recently received a pair of Clark’s moccasins as a gift. Within 2 months of wearing them in the house only, the sole of the right moccasin just fell apart. I couldn’t believe it. Just fell apart. I contacted Clark’s and sent photos. Clark’s denied all responsibility because I didn’t have a receipt. Clark’s replied to this review. They want me to contact customer service, again!? Customer service already told me “ No receipt, we can’t help you.” You are not responsible unless I have a receipt? Do not buy these products. They are not what they used to be. Clark’s does not stand behind their products. What a shame. I felt I should share my experience so others don’t waste their money.

United States | 25 January 2025I bought a pair of Clarks shoes #79620 Kirsie You can tell by the sole these shoes have never been worn. I put them on and they basically fell apart where the seam is. I will never invest in a pair of Clarks - shoes are still in the original box. This is a very poor design and I'm sure others have had the same problem. I tried filling out the form but the Lima Mall was not an option (Clark store) so I gave up. You need to re-design the form!! The Macy's at the Lima Mall has closed so I cannot contact thej.

I have been waiting for a replacement to arrive since and involving numerous emails to customer support. Still nothing has arrived and nobody answers my emails. I've paid but have nothing to show for it. This is the most dreadful service I have ever received.

I sent multiple emails but never received a response. Waited on the phone for more than 30 minutes before a person picked up. Shoes are beautiful, but I will never order from this company again because of the terrible customer s.

United States | 14 January 2025Wow...I can't believe the good reviews. I never received my shoes though I paid for 2 day shipping. They sent me something about the address being invalid. I checked...it was fine. It's my office...I get UPS everyday. I wrote 2 letters to customer service. No reply (until today). I've called 4 times...held for at least a half hour...never picked up. I'm on hold now, 14 minutes so far. I disputed the charge with AX. Today Clark's sent me a note saying they're crediting me $50 less than what I was charged. Maybe the worst customer service ever...I like Clark's but never again.
