Good looking shoes

I have been wearing Clarks for 20+ years. I used to love the Clarks Artisan sandals. I have noticed the last two pairs of sandals have been very flat with very little of the comfort and support of past pairs. Another victim of shrinkflation.

I brought this shoe for my 89yrs young mom. She love love them. She has a bunion on one of her feet and the first thing she stated was how good they made her feet feel. She love the style,but most important for me, she stated they are comfortable,easy to walk in,easy to put on. She want another pair in different color. This is a winner.

I ordered 2 pairs of slippers and one pair of shoes, I applied the free shipping code but when I entered my credit card # it was denied, so I reentered a credit card number and clicked submit. As it was submitted I saw it was more than what I originally saw but it was too late. (I was charged expedited delivery I immediately tried to contact customer service but it was past hours and the weekend was upon us, so I filled out the request on line I got an automated response, On Monday, Dec 2, I called first thing in the morning and was on hold for over 40 minutes, so I wrote again, and again, and again, then finally December 13th Johsua P A responded with so sorry, too late! UNACCEPTABLE! I didn't need them right away, had to pay $26 for shipping, and could not get a refund. Not only that, I had to drive 30 miles to return the shoes because they were too small!

Overnight shipping advertised and paid for. Overnight shipping did NOT happen. No one apologized. No one offered to refund difference in shipping payments. Not my idea of good customer service.

Ease of ordering, product matched photos, timely updates, delivery as promised, quality of shoes, comfort of shoes. And I was so cute in them

My boots are SO comfortable! I have struggled to find shoes that don’t hurt my feet. These are like walking on a cloud, and the leather is so soft. The best boots I’ve had!

Cute, comfortable sandals for a great price that I can wear with a dress, or out for a long walk. Fabulous!

Can’t review the items bought because I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEM! Ordered November 30 & was texted that they would arrive by December 4. Called December 16 & was told would receive that day. Here it is the 19th & still nothing!! Where is my order??

I ordered the shoes but was unable to use the discount code I had. The website didn’t allow me to use any code. So the shoes were ordered by mistake. As soon as they arrived I returned them. The return process was easy.

My package was dropped off at the wrong house. There was no way to get ahold of customer service in America.

I would have returned the shoes, but I had foolishly used the box for shipping a present. They are too stiff for my taste and seem to rub my ankle. Re Clarks resolving the issue.. that was disingenuous... i accept the fact that i should have returned them according to the rules.

I bought waterproof shoes which is comfortable. Also I am very satisfied with free and fast delivery.

I ordered Emily 2 Belle ankle boots in my normal size. The order arrived quickly and they are so comfortable.I look forward to ordering again from the company.

A mixup by your warehouse and I am still struggling to correct my refund. I have called a few many times and even logged the supporting documents. But no hope yet. I may not be doing business with you going forward considering my experience
