The boots are great and true to size

I sent an inquiry on 12/3 about the price of our purchase, as we thought the shoes were on sale. It is now 12/19 and no one has ever communicated with me on how to resolve the issue. Whether the charge can be adjusted or whether we need to return the shoes and start over. This has been more disappointing because past experiences have been positive.

Clark's has a very good product and it is delivered in good time but I can't afford anything unless it is on a big sale.

I got just what I ordered and did not take long to receive it.

Clarks is a top rate company with quality shoes.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that on the two occasions that I contacted Clarks, I had to wait over an hour to get to a service representative.

My experience was great, and delivery was on time. I loved the how it was packaged in the shoe box also,

45-minute customer service wait-time is unacceptable.

The most horrible online purchase of this year. Due the the shipping company’s incompetence they tried to deliver my item at 4am when my government POBOX was still closed. Instead of a notification or a re- attempt to deliver during business hours they sent my package back to sender. Screw Clark’s and UPS. I entered a street address for redelivery sent me an email saying my package would be delivered to the new address, weeks later and nothing. Shitty service full of incompetent people I will never buy another pair of Clarks.

I absolutely love my new Breeze Range boots! They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear all day. I have wide feet that are hard to find shoes for and these actually fit without being too snug.

Great brand with excellent quality

I have been a faithful Clarks buyer for years. The quality still is above the rest; however the consistancy in sizing is not there anymore. It takes me several tries back and forth through the mail to get a pair of shoes. I called their customer service for help and waited 45 minutes. Thank goodness your people are good. She gave me the help I needed even though I was supposed to call back another day. I will continue to buy Clarks but only from a store where I can try them on. Like every store, there's good and bad.

I picked up the Wallabee, and I felt the same way I remembered feeling when I bought the same model back in the 1990s. Comfortable to wear all day, soft to firm feel on the sole. I wear a size 9, and the size is true; with the perfect width for me. the width is between an EE and an E. Great pair that I will not hesitate to recommend.
