I was pleased at how well I was able to navigate the website to find the perfect shoes I was looking for. The only problem I had was, not all shoes of the same brand that I wanted to purchase were not discounted. Despite that, Clark Shoes are very comfortable, especially for someone whose on their feet most of the day.

Jade was very helpful and handled my refund while giving me the 40% discount that didn’t go through for me at the time I purchased them. Clarks are my “go to” shoe for comfort and style.

Ordered my first pair of desert boots and given the history of this company was expecting a much better experience. Product that arrived was so comically large I'm doubtful they sent the correct size and even worse had multiple visible scuffs and loose stitching. Website indicates you can exchange but there was no way to do so I can find, my only option was to return minus a $5 restocking fee. Reached out to customer service via the website twice. Never got a response. Called, waited on hold for 15 minutes, then got disconnected. Genuinely horrible first experience, will not order from this company in the future. Edit: It turns out they respond to poor reviews here even if they completely ignore their CS submissions. I just submitted an escalation ticket through CS using the order # per the person who reached out here. Will update if they actually respond or do anything. I'm doubtful.

Could not correct the wrong delivery address that I did wrong. I had to contact and pay ups to hold for pick up. Hassel. The left shoe is much tighter than the right. Hope it stretches.
