The boots and shoes looked and felt great.

The service and the quality of the merchandise are very satisfieimg.

I had to return two of three of my ordered items. Clarks was quick to refund my order. Very positive experience. I must say I am only disappointed in that at least two pair of shoes was a wide fit but were too narrow. In the past I have not had problems with Clarks brand shoes not fitting as expected. Very sad these two did not work out. Definitely not wide widths as described.

The clerk was attentive and well informed. Solved my problem easily and quickly.

I wanted so bad to give them a zero so bad but it was not available. Placed my order and paid extra for shipping as the person I wanted to give it to is only in town for 2 days. When I ordered it I would receive my order on the 20th. After receiving order conformation it stated the 23th. Upon calling the company on the 19th I was told that my order has not even left the warehouse and there was nothing that could be done. This is very upsetting no help from customer service as the associate said one thing to pacify me then the manager retracted it.

I was ordering shoes on line. I was attempting to use the discount code but I wasn't able to find the the tab to insert it. I kept going thinking that I would find it before check out but I didn't. I resubmitted my purchase info and I found the drop down tab. I immediately tried to cancel the first order but Clarks wouldn't allow me to do so. I had to return the shoes in person. The sales rep at the store was very pleasant accepting my returns.

Delivery was one day too late for my trip. I have really enjoyed wearing the shoes. Packed extremely well.

Sadly the boots did not work out for me but they arrived when you said they would. I have always worn a size 81/2 medium in Cloudsteppers. I ordered these in a medium and wide and they were way too narrow. I loved the look of them but had to return.
