Excellent service

Wrote a review begining of aug saying how bad pepper was at communication instantly someone rings back and tells me my interest rates won’t go down because of type of mortgage I have I accepted this and he asked me to take review off which I did today I receive a letter saying my rates have gone down!! I’m not complaining but clearly pepper need to train their staff!!! Information I was given was complete rubbish waste of time
