Another smooth mortgage application with Pepper Money. A slightly complicated case which was supported by Paul Drinkwater my BDM. He was fantastic at looking at the complexities of the case and getting a Decision to lend agreed. Once submitted I received a call from Lucy clarifying the required additional documents. Once these were submitted to the case and reviewed an offer was made very quickly. Fantastic support from the BDM, broker support team and the underwriters. I have 2 very happy clients who thought they would struggle to obtain a mortgage.

Absolutely diabolical! Poor trading, declined us after information we presented at AIP stage. I am now left with legal fees from a solicitor for professional fees. Who reimburses me for that? Absolute joke.

I love how I can speak to the underwriter or add a note that is responded to quickly. The whole process was fast and efficient.

Gavin was very helpful when a case went wrong at completion due to the rebuild cost not matching with the solicitors documents. As soon as the details were correct from the solicitors he made sure the case was instantly put into completion run for completion the following day.

Fast andefficient process from start to finish

It was a really poor customer experience having to fully resubmit an application for a simple product change, Whilst we had the rationale explained by our great BDM (Max) we still think the only people that suffer here are the broker and client. A poor policy decision that needs reconsidering for the future.
