A refreshing approach to lending that i have not experienced for a long, long time with any lender, even High Street lenders, never mind Specialist Lending. I am in my 40th year in Financial Services and this is a Blast from the Past (Case Ownership). Excellent Service from start to finish, with a huge mention for Stephanie, the most approachable and helpful underwriter i have dealt with for years. I have recently had an experience with an underwriter from one of your so called competitors that you would not believe, the complete opposite to this case. I will never use them again. Thankfully Pepper have renewed my faith in Lenders.

Very poor customer service. Need a university degree in cyber security and IT just to get into your account. They never answer your complaints and hate it when you complain. Never understands the customer. They also want massive amounts of money to move your payment date as my company has a new payroll company and changed the date but they don’t compensate for this. So if you want poor handling of complaints and a military grade security system that even as a customer you can’t get into then this is for you. Edit. “I haven’t received a final outcome”

I had Emma helping me with a problem around affordability on a mortgage, and she was brilliant. She explained everything to me in a clear and patient way, and took control of the things I was having difficulty with. She is obviously very skilled in her job and deals perfectly with the public.
