I had a great meeting with Freddie Atkinson, BDM for Pepper Money, in which he very clearly explained the mortgage products available to mortgage brokers like myself, he also went through the USP's of the company which was very interesting. Following this meeting I have no doubt that there will be clients of mine that will require the products and services that Pepper money offer.

Had a decline for a shared ownership case due to the being outside criteria. The shared ownership rent was higher than 3%, Freddie Atkinson handled this and the exception was granted. Great service

Had a DIP decline and couldn't work out why, Emma was fantastic, explaining the reasons and what we could do to rectify. Took 15 minutes to sort but she did it whilst I was on the phone to her, I now have one very happy client buying his forever home.

Needed to call Pepper a few times recently and found it to be massively refreshing that every time the calls were answered really quickly, instead of an age spent in a queue. I spoke with Michael Smith several times and found him to be incredibly helpful and efficient. He advised me he would need to go away and look at something for me, but would contact me again by a certain time, which he did. he also explained everything clearly and just generally was a pleasure to deal with. He deserves a lot of credit as sadly this experience is no longer the norm.
