United Kingdom | 04 December 2024I like that Pepper are flexible and their staff are very helpful, however, the amount of documents required are over and above by a country mile what other Lenders request - my average would be around 3 to 4 per application and theirs was around 50, this made the agreement process take much longer than I would have liked, especially as it was a purchase and the clients could have lost the property whilst waiting for this agreement and the survey to be instructed.
