The system was easy to use and the packaging was ok. I would have liked it to be a bit quicker but in all fairness I think the little delay was more down to the wait on the valuation report. All in all it was a good experience and my client is very happy!

I was 12 hours late making payment for my mortgage and they have put a marker on my file for 6 years stating it is a missed payment even though I paid it 12 hours after it got declined from my bank. They have now put it down as a missed payment on my credit file not a late payment which is false information under Data Protection Act 1018. Supervisor was very rude and manager argued with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
