I have dealt with Emma Hardeland today on a case that's been incredibly tricky. We were almost at the end of the process and a couple of queries arose. She was so reassuring that this would not have a big impact on anything and that once the queries were resolved she would action the case quickly. Within a couple of hours the case had been offered.
