Pepper are a very reliable mortgage lender with excellent underwriters.

Excellent service which has definitely made me more confident to use this lender again. If I had any questions the telephone team and my Business Development Manager was always there to help. Following submitting of the application, was great to receive a call from the underwriter to update me on the case. Mortgage offer was issued really fast.

This is the most unhelpful mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Very unhelpful staff. I asked the person on the phone what other products they offer when my mortgage product ends and he had no idea what he was saying, actually advised me to go and ask my broker to shop around elsewhere. Unbelievable, I will Not recommend !!!
