So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

Amazing We have being using call rail for 10yrs Saves us a lot of time recording the call and not repeating ourselves or taking notes to dBrief the implementation team

CallRail is the best choice for our agency. Past call tracking providers have not been able to provide the same setup as CallRail that makes it easy for agencies like ours to manage numbers on behalf of their clients. Not only is the platform great, but the support from both account reps and the general support team is always speedy and courteous. I would highly recommend CallRail to anyone looking for a call tracking provider!

All around I think it's been good and very useful. Sometimes it's hard to hear the voicemails but I'm not sure that's their fault.

First, we use a tracker to track the effectiveness of calls. It helped filter traffic. We started using the tracker for other clients and are now satisfied.

Shafted old users! I was a Phonewagon user and, as per other reviews, they have switched our account to different terms (none of which agreed before, rather it was dictated!). It would have been nice for them to honour terms offered by Phonewagon, but no!

As a Phone Wagon customer I've been forced to transfer my account to Call Rail. Call Rail promises a seamless migration process from Phone Wagon but their support has been absolutely non existent. I cannot create new phone lines, I cannot get a reply from the correct department, and my numbers are set to expire in less than 10 days. Terrible and non existent service.

Their account rep David Bollinger sold us on using their platform and after they received the cc he basically left us out to dry. Did not help with the implementation of call tracking and form tracking. It took half a month to set up correctly. I emailed and asked for a prorated bill just to be ignored. Their account executives are horrible. Not to mention the platform is insanely expensive. The platform does have some great features, but good luck setting up the keyword report (which is why you get this thing). You will get 0 help from the account rep. He will send you long articles with links, but on the onboarding, he will schedule a skype call and walk you through. Better take notes because that is all you get.

Unsuited for UK Businesses I had been with Call rail no issues for around a year, Other than the porting issues at the start but then there was no need to contact them. When I updated my mobile carrier it transpired that Call Rail have limited working relationships with UK mobile providers, as such I was unable to forward calls to my new number. In December I requested the details needed to Port my original business number away and found a new provider. I was shocked to then find out that the port had been rejected as the form had an incorrect address on. I went back to call rail who provided me with another set of details, however for a second time the PORT out request was rejected. Call Rail seem to hide behind their 'upstream carrier' quite a lot, whatever that is. Today the nail in the coffin has been being told that if I do not pay now for another month that I risk losing my business number altogether. Corporate Blackmail as they know I have very little option and will not risk losing the business number. Despite all of this and almost 4 weeks later I still have not been provided with correct details to action the port out request. Completely help to ransom by a US-based company. I will most certainly be keeping my software subscriptions with companies in the same time zone as me moving forwards. I feel it highly irresponsible for Call rail to claim they are able to effectively service business customers based in the UK. Update: Responded to Call Rail's Message within the hour. Alomost a week later I have still not heard anything back from them. Seems like they just create a public image of being responsive but in reality, they don't care. This is the official port out guidance on their website Submit a ticket to our support team, authorizing the port away with us. Include the tracking numbers you're looking to port away from CallRail with your authorization. Contact your new provider to initiate the porting process. CallRail will receive a notification that the number will be ported and we will approve. Its been almost a month now and I am still no closer to being able to divert calls to my work phone. Call Rail cannot even provide me with the address to go onto the LOA for the new company. Absolute Circus

Callrail is the most unethical business on this planet. They added a service called conversion intelligence to my account without my approval or authorization and charged me for it an extra $50/Mo until I discovered that last night and when I asked their support team to issue a refund for all the previous months that they had charged me for that extra service which I had never approved, they REFUSED it. I am contacting my credit card company to refund the unauthorized charge.
