We've just started using CallRail and have been really happy with it!

Call rail does good work. I have just scratched the surface on its capabilities. I look forward to using some of its more advanced features soon!

I would love to have a column that tracks the staff who take the call and compare it to conversions or other metrics. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Otherwise, the product is easy to use and a great way to track marketing efforts and learn about common questions our clients are having.
