Very good doors and excellent communication from the company. Quick delivery.

Ordered a JB Kind door from Vibrant Doors. Whilst I haven't opened it yet, I wanted to comment on the customer service so far. They kept me up to date with delivery times, when I needed to change they tried their best to accommodate my request. The delivery driver was friendly and helped me get the door into the garage, even though it was a heavy fire door. So far so good.

The door came in good time and is excellent quality, I feel the only thing that let you down was not delivering straight to the door,it was left at the front door and I had to try and carry the door to 2 flights of stairs

Great product, good price and delivered on time. This is the second time I have bought from vibrant doors, and will again if I need more doors.

I had incorrect doors delivered on thursday 21st December i have sent 4 emails and every time i try and call the contact number is engaged and then cuts me off. I was sent a white frame with my black doors. The website states theyre finished buy i have also been sent primed doors. I am now left out of pocket and cannot contact anyone to rectify this with doors that cost me over £1000!! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered two doors, from the LPD oak range. Doors delivered on time and delivery driver and experience of purchasing them was brilliant. Three stars is due to the quality of the Downham oak door. Issue with door but issues resolved by vibrant doors, customer services expertly. 5Stars for vibrant doors but the 3 stars given are for the quality of the oak doors supplied by LPD. I would use vibrant doors again.

Our Vibrant doors arrived 2 days early The delivery man helped bring them into the house. They look awesome and match our pre-existing doors exactly. They move like a dream on their runners and customer service when I rang to enquire about them were pleasant and polite. They look marvellous though.

We visited the show room and chose the doors before ordering on line. The staff were very helpful and informative. Delivered promptly and fitted great, very good quality and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them.

Prompt service. Doors and handles are just what we wanted. Had a wide range to choose from as well. Only small issue was that twice someone should have rung me back about a query but they didn’t. But would still recommend and use again. My joiner who put them in definitely will.

Purchased 7 doors in total and no problem with purchase or delivery. However, found one door frame is an unusual size so I’ve tried to return one door but am finding return service unhelpful. I emailed the company to ask how I should go about returning the door, they emailed a couple of days later to say I had to sort the return and should send pics I sent pics and asked if I needed a reference number to return, I also asked if they could recommend a courier. I’ve not had any response. I find it very off putting when a company is unhelpful with returns. I need to buy three more doors next year but I probably won’t use the company again due to my experience with the returns process.
