I ordered the Chelsea Reeded Glass Door for the doorway between my kitchen and utility, and am completely delighted with it. Elegant and sturdy, it really complements my black bi-fold doors. Great service and easy ordering process.

Good efficient company

Good website full of useful information and reasonably easy to navigate. Good customer service and appropriate response and delivery times. Good quality doors and hardware. Lost one star because the fitting instructions were very basic and not fully appropriate for the configuration of doors I ordered. Probably fine for a professional joiner but not easy for a DIYer.

The doors were damaged and only visible when the foil was removed, unable to see fault before, as kept it to protect the doors. The return was refused. Such a shame as doors are ok but customer service is not. Took a whole week to refuse the return going back and forwards with emails that did nothing more then delay the project. The doors are ok as I mentioned, but I don’t recommend the company.

Doors turned up almost a week later then the maximum period. I installed the doors the day they arrived into finished frames and noticed the margin was way bigger in the middle, measured them and the width off the door was 5mm different in the middle to the top and bottom, the leading edge was not even straight. I showed video and photographic evidence to vibrant doors that same day who responded weeks later saying because I didn’t ‘climatise’ the doors the warranty isn’t valid… what dose climatising the door have to do with the fact that the doors where not even mqaifactured straight? If they were warped then maybe they would have a argument but for them to not even have equal measurement across the with off the door is beyond a joke

Easy ordering process online. Customer service was good when had to call. The doors arrived damaged which is not their fault, just wish the manufacturer had some quality control as they were not damaged in transit. Waiting in for deliveries can be tricky, especially when not working from home but vibrant doors refunded the delivery charge which showed great customer service. All in all I think they were fantastic to deal with.

I ordered 3 sets of doors from vibrant doors all Worcester and they have sent 2 sets of Langdale doors and 1 Worcester there site does not advertise Langdale doors only Worcester I was told by there sister site Climadoors to go to them because they would be a match. I found the only supplier that does Langdale is green tree doors. they refused to make all the doors a match would have significant costs to collect the single Worcester door and replace with a Langdale. I ordered 3 sets of Worcester not Langdale. Vibrant doors are not advertising Langdale only Worcester so why does my doors not say Worcester on them as advertised not Langdale my advice is stay clear.
