We ordered and paid for the door we choose . It arrived in the time frame indicated. It's a beautiful door we are so pleased with it. No issues at all with buying from this company and definitely qould buy from them again.

I’m building a house, one of the doors is an uncommon size. I call VibrantDoors they promise order will be ready within 7 working days. I pay for the door, after 4 days I get restless, I call to check if by any chance order is ready. I am told on an irritated tone that there’s no need for me to call. If my order would have been ready for collection they would have called me. A week later (11 days now) I call again. This time a woman gives me pretty much the same answer. I leave it for few days and the next Monday I call again. A third person tells me that it looks like my door will be ready for collection on Wednesday, but TO NOT LEAVE MY HOUSE until I received a call from them to avoid wasting the trip (51 miles twice). Wednesday comes and goes, so does Thursday. After work on Friday I call them again and a surprised guy tells me that my order had been ready for a while. So I ask: “What happened to my call? I needed this door 10 days ago.” Him: “What?!” Me: “I was promised a call when… agh, forget it! Thanks.” So now I’m stuck until Monday because their warehouse doesn’t open on a Saturday. 4 and a half weeks instead of the promised 7 days and no phone call as told repeatedly “don't call us, we call out when orders are ready for collection”. I am gonna make the door 1 inch smaller and cancel this order instead of driving all the way to Derby to spend my money encouraging this way of doing business. Things can work smoothly or not so smoothly. For me Vibrant Doors didn’t work at all.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! After my client spending over £1,500 with this company on doors I thought we’d get quality doors and that isn’t the case! We ordered a set of Bi-Folding glazed Oak doors and some Oak internal doors. After opening up the Bi-Fold doors we found that the T-Piece that’s fitted in between the 2 middle doors was so badly damaged that I couldn’t fit it, therefore leaving the customers with an unfinished job. I contacted Vibrant doors and explained the situation only to be told anything like this should be reported within 48 hours of opening. As a busy self employed carpenter I have to order materials ahead of actually doing the work. The funny thing is they couldn’t actually get the spare part delivered out for a further weeks time. So in my eyes it doesn’t matter whether I opened them on the day of delivery (within 48 hours) the fact is that I still had to revisit the job to complete it, costing me time and money and most of all, not looking very professional to my clients. I’m seeking to be at least refunded or compensated in some way for the time lost. I have had some contact with someone called Callum who hasn’t been very helpful at all saying that no refund or compensation will be issued. I then replied to him explaining my side and I’ve still not had a response from him so I’m presuming he’s just ignoring me. Overall a very stressful unnecessary situation that could have been avoided if they had better quality control. Sending out damaged parts is just not on. And the fact they’re just ignoring me now is just so rude and very annoying! I get lots of work where doors are needed and I certainly won’t ever be using this company again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When ordering Bespoke Doors one would imagine you could have just that but No, that's far too much to ask ... In order to maximise my Kitchen Extension opening onto my Terrace & Garden, all I wanted was 4 Door Panels with the Central Doors opening like French Doors and with the ability to open both Side Panels to maximise the opening. Not Rocket Science by any stretch of the imagination but for some bizarre reason I was told I could not have this design due to 'Safety Concerns'?! What exactly is going on with all this H'elf & Stupidity nonsense and lack of plain common sense in this country?! According to the Sales Dept we're just not allowed to have this arrangement for fear of not being able to cope with opening a narrow W500 door panel which for some inexplicable reason could not be secured with a simple catch?! If it wasn't so ridiculous it would be funny but they were serious ... And of course one is then made to 'one' is being difficult or awkward and 'one' should just compromise and have what 'one' really doesn't want and preferably shut up or go away. Both myself and my Builder are now even more determined to have exactly what I want but clearly not from Vibrant Doors and it's their loss! PS. I note Vibrant Doors response and I'm glad they have agreed what I seek is not 'Rocket Science'. But it's the negativity, 'computer says nah' attitude that I find difficult to deal with and on that basis they as intermediary's are hardly offering a Bespoke Service either. The cliche of if you want something done, do it yourself which I will do, rings true 👌

Not sure why 0 stars aren't possible. Endless issues with these bad quality, badly constructed doors. Awful after sales...send us a faulty pane and when sending a replacement, refuse to pay for the installation. Endless other issues, including leaks. Avoid this company if possible.

I needed two narrow internal doors and the only ones I could find were of a waffle construction, until I discovered Vibrant doors. The doors are of a semi solid construction, which felt solid and weighty. The delivery service was great and the doors arrived in perfect condition

Very good service, excellent product at a very competitive price. Only comment is that maybe a prompt when close to free delivery as I was a few £s short. Could have bought handles and saved on the delivery charge. Having said that I really should have paid more attention!
