Bath lift installation. Ian and Dean carried out the installation in a friendly efficient and very swift manor. The area was thoroughly cleaned when finished. All operations were fully explained and demonstrated. This is a very professional team, Many thanks

Appalling rip off is all I can say. My 90 year old mother has been using this bath lift for over 10 years. Unfortunately she has lost the charger lead so I called up to order a new one thinking that a charger lead could only be about £20 - just like a mobile phone lead. Shocked, appalled and speechless when they quoted me £106 for the lead alone PLUS £14 delivery!!! No way can a pensioner afford this! I was told by the lady on the phone that a battery and lead together were £180. So a big, fat battery costs less than a thin wire with a plug on the end. Now my mum can no longer have a bath due to this company being RIPOFF MERCHANTS!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!@

very prompt was installed within two days of first enquiry, installation techs could not have been more helpful, have not yet tried the equipment as battery is still on charge but am looking forward to first bath in six years so thank you easybathe

Nothing wrong with installation. HOWEVER AFTER JUST A YEAR THE BELT HAS MILDEW STAINS WHICH I HAVE TRIED TO REMOVE UNCESSFULLY PLUS THE PADS ARE BADLY DISCOLOURED AND HAVE WASHED THEM OVER AND OVER YO MO AVAIL. THE REPLACEMENTS ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE

The men who came to fit our bath lift were helpful and polite. They did not take long and explained how it worked. We are pleased with the lift, but it has to be charged, so I have to wait to use it.

They constantly send me INTRUSIVE advertising emails. I've "blocked" them and ALSO written several emails requesting them to STOP. I believe my emails represent a CHALLENGE to them. Not only do they ignore my requests and refuse to stop, but continue - DAILY. They do not display an "unsubscribe button" . . at least not one which I can find. So I now have to get official support to put a stop to this illegal activity. What an outrageous, appalling attitude. I have explained that I'm disabled and cannot use a bath - only a shower - but that's of no significance to this company. They are just determined to distress me. My reply to their response. I have ALREADY written several emails, which you have IGNORED. Now you ask for me to contact you ! ! Why should I - only to be IGNORED again. It will now be an ombudsman COMPLAINT for your TOTAL disregard and appalling attitude.

On the 21st May 2024 we had a bath lift (Deluxe) fitted by Easy2Bathe at a cost of £2769.48. It took a little bit of getting used to but it has worked well and we have been quite happy with it. All was well until one day on arriving home after we had been away for a short break we found the kitchen ceiling on the floor and the place flooded. The plumber found that when the bath lift was fitted the men had used very long screws and had gone through a water pipe which eventually caused the problem. We had to leave the house for a while until things were sorted out by the insurance companies but in the end after the wrangling by the insurance companies over costs etc it has left me £752.59 out of pocket. Not a good outcome for something that cost such a lot of money in the first place! But it has NOT yet been resolved 18th Feb 2025!

I was seriously taken advantage of by this company. I paid £1200 for the Easy to bathe lift on my bath. First after a few uses the battery died and would not charge so I contacted the company and was told I needed a new charger at the cost of £150. The charger didn't work so I contacted the company and was told I needed a new battery another £150. The (new) battery they sent me has never worked. Totally useless piece of equipment. Excessive charges for battery and charger and extremely unhelpful customer services. I feel this company takes advantage of the elderly.

My enquiry about a Bath Lift was followed up very quickly by a Five Star rep. so I placed an order on 18th October. I then had second thoughts about the price after talking to my daughter who has a LPA for both me and my wife. In the light of this I exercised my right to withdraw with Five Stars to the person who handled this. Five Stars also for the following offer of an 'Open Box' unit at a much more manageable price. Now the Star rating drops! Many phone calls asking when I would receive the unit but no definite time and date. Then a date offered with the promise of a phone all 30 minutes before the arrival of the engineers. Unfortunately this call was not made until their arrival at the house and they had gone before I could get home in the 30 minutes I had allowed for. More waiting till another date was offered - 30 minute call received- but the engineers did not have long enough screws for fixing the back plate. More phone calls and then with frustration building I emailed the company pointing out the failures and asking for a definite date and possibly a reduction in cost to compensate for the delay. To my surprise this resulted in a scheduled visit just two days later. So Two Stars for the long delay. However Five Stars for the engineers, efficient, organised, and going the extra mile to give me the long awaited bath enabling my wife to luxuriate in the bath that same evening for the first time in nearly three months. The unit is great, and the engineers were a credit to the company while the admin. side are only awarded Two Stars.

We purchased a bath lift for my mother before Christmas and it is brilliant. The service we received from Bradley and the team has been fantastic. The fitting was quick and efficient and my mother is very satisfied and can bathe with confidence.

The fitters Martin and Stuart rang on the previous day to inform me of arrival time. Although the previous days had isolated me with heavy snow they arrived on time. They discussed fitting procedure and positioning and explained the system operation. They were very courteous, professional and left the site very clean and tidy with no disruption to me. Many thanks.

The bath mobility aid itself is good - it uses a powerful motor attached to a mat to gently and securely lower you into the bath. But the rechargebale battery has been a problem from day one that makes using the unit unreliable. The battery needs charging for 12+hours each week, and is hard to remove & replace into the unit. Our battery also completely failed after only 6 months - and the company has been out of replacement batteries for 3-4 months+, with no infomration when a replacement is available. So the company then provided replacement cells for the battery that we had to fit ourselves (yes really!) - which also failed. So at this point we have a expensive bath mobility unit that is totally unusable without a replacement battery. A nightmare for an elderly person relying on this for bathing - and faced with an unsympathtic customer service team who cannot provide any replacement battery. You can see from other reviews that we are not the only people who have had problems with the batteries - be warned!

Just had our bath lift installed by Matt. H and Vesco, two very nice and polite young men who couldn't have been more helpful. Matt went through all the working processes after fitting and answered any questions we had.

All the gentlemen I met were lovely. Great demo and company did everything to help as I had an awkward shelf that I needed advice on before fitting. I love the fact that I can now submerge fully into bath. I did have a long wait for a second battery but it was explained that they were awaiting order and it was out of their control. I was given a rough idea of when they expected the delivery which helped. Order was fulfilled this week and I would definately recommend.Thank you

Easy to bathe fitted a bath lifted for a disabled family member. This collapsed in August 2024 after around 6 visits from their team, and only when at their own convenience. The bath lift was left out of use for long periods. Despite permission to reinforce stud wall, the fitter adviser this wasn't necessary as they could fit to a wooden strut. This was missed completely, always was doomed to fail, eventually meaning the bath lift collapsed risking alot of harm to the user and also considerably damaging the bathroom tiles/bath, and at two points, leaving holes in the bathroom wall. I would avoid at all costs! Dear Easy to Bathe In response to your response below, we have, on several occasions tried to contact you to get help and support to resolve this issue. You are now ignoring us, hence the review. We wouldn't leave reviews like this without having first given you the chance to resolve things.

The salsman came explained the product very well no hard sell. We were contacted with an insulation date. Stuart and James arrived very friendly explained what they where going to do very polite cleaned up after themselves, a credit to the company
