The new lift has made a big difference for bathing both for going in the bath and coming out,it gives you confidence to go in the bath.

I had a very comprehensive demonstration from Ross who answered all my questions. Then installation not long after which took less than an hour. There was no mess at all and the two installers were again happy to demonstrate the lift and show me how to charge the battery. The lift has once more allowed me to enjoy my bath in safety and knowledge that the lift is sturdy and reliable.

We researched several suppliers of bath aids, and were very impressed by Easy2Bathe because their Head Office (Ref: MS) communicated promptly and clearly, discussed pricing options, and arranged for the equipment to be fitted within a week of the demonstration visit - 10 days from first contact. The two skilled people who fitted the equipment arrived on time, were very capable, did a thorough job, made no mess, and explained everything we needed to know. All praise to them. The equipment is comfortable, safe and simple to use. Hard to express how wonderful it is to be able to have a fully-immersed bath after 2 years of showers - it has completely transformed life.

Fantastic and so easy to use

We love the easy2bathe,and have had it for about 4 years, but I was appalled at the price of spares, we needed to replace the belt because of it fraying where it continually turns up, over £200 for a replacement OUTRAGEOUS, new batteries well over £100, and all plus fitting, managed to source replacement for £9 each, what’s that all about?

So pleased I decided to have Easy2Bathe, I can now enjoy bathing again after several years of not being able to sit down and get out of the bath; it really is a joy. There was no pressure to buy and everthing was explained and demonstrated before making a decision. I can now lie back and enjoy a good soak which eases my Arthritis.

Everything about this bath aide is excellent with one exception. This is the warning that the hand held control must under no circumstances be dropped in the water. However careful one is, there is always the risk of an accident. Also my grandson uses this bath when he stays with me and it’s asking a lot of a 4 year old not to play with this, even if I’ve taken the battery out and retracted the webbing. Otherwise I love it and am delighted with being able to bath again with confidence.

We received an excellent and informative demonstration of the complete unit in our home, followed by an early installation at the agreed time. It works very well with no problems and appears to be the answer to our bathing difficulties.

A very worth while purchase for anyone with bathing disability easy to install and easy and safe to use. Would recommend to anyone with batheing difficulties. Restores independance in the bath.

The company did a very good clean job of fitting the bath aid. Just wish husband did not have dementia and did not keep sliding down the bath and off the strap!

Wonderful to have a proper bath again, wish I had ordered it sooner. Service excellent from start to finish.

If there was a return option I would take it. For one reason it is sited too far back on the bath. I can't reach the taps to adjust the temperature of the water.I can't slip into the water and rest my head on the bath pillow. waste of money.

Demo was good, all questions answered favourably. Ordering and fitting went smoothly. Very pleased with the service and our purchase , given a very good discount.The product works great, bathing is no longer difficult, Love it.

Both the rep and the guys who installed the unit were excellent. Ros explained everything on the dry demonstration and the guys who installed it did this very quickly and efficiently

The person who came to show & demonstrate the Bath Lift was VERY PROFESSIONAL and so were the 2 men who came to fit our unit. Could not ask for more.

The installation was quick and easy but I am finding using the item difficult.The orangy light flashes after only a short time on green and the motor makes a grinding noise occasionally. Moving on the slip mats was screwing up the edge of the belt and I have gone back to using a large piece of plastic to slide on as I did with my Bathknight.Also the belt is not very taut when sitting down on it.
