Very happy with the bath lift. Almost gave it a 5! Plenty of information given. It was fitted pretty quickly too.

The easy 2 bathe is not positioned where I was advised it would be, making it awkward to sit at the toilet, consequently I have had to take off the seat to enable me to do so.

Very good service, polite and efficient engineers. All done in the time estimated. Recommended.

Bath lift fine,but it takes a bit of gettng use to.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and found it difficult to get in and out of the bath so had to have showers instead. Since having the bath lift installed I can now have a bath without worrying I won’t be able to get out. It is heaven.

Quick to visit & demonstrate, good price with initial deposit & balance to fitter by card to ensure security The salesman set up a demonstration model for me to try in the lounge explaining how it worked & answering my queries The fitter was there within less than 2 weeks. Clean & efficient fitting A very good experience & no longer have to get worried about getting stuck in the bath, now I just lay back & enjoy - the side seat also very handy for my book & glass of wine :-)

From initially seeing a television advertisement, to requesting a brochure and subsequent visit from a very well informed agent, the service from Easy2bathe has been exemplary...and amazingly speedy! The fitter was quick and efficient..gave lots of advice and handy hints and was generally very well informed and conscientious. I'm thrilled with my bathing aid, it's made taking a bath a pleasure rather than a feat of endurance! It's only been in use for just over 3 weeks and already the pain in my shoulders from hauling myself out of the bath, has completely gone! It's very streamlined and attractive to look at and extremely easy to use. I'm so pleased that we decided to purchase the bathing aid..it's worth its weight in gold...I would and do totally recommend it to anyone who finds getting in and out of the bath difficult !

Absolutely brilliant fitted quickly and works like a dream and doesn't look ugly in the bathroom if you struggle with a bath this product is a value for money solution that makes bathing a treat instead of a toil x

since having the easy2bathe lift installed, and may I say, it was installed and discussed with both my wife and me,I have used it and found it so easy to enter the bath and getting out, without fear of slipping,it's the same as having a bath, knowing that when you are ready to get out you are safe,so far so good, will look forward to many more carefree baths, without fear of getting in or out

Demonstration took a long time, you know how it works do you really need a live demonstration. Did not like being offered discount if you decide then and there, I need time to consider, then said offer would last a month. I needed just to know price. When turned out more than I wanted to spend offered s reconditioned unit, half price of first price given. Went ahead and love it glad I did it but would prefer for rep to be more honest with pricing. Know not rep fault, company policy to go high first a practice I do not like.

Couldnt be more satisfied. It is a life saver

good product, quick install, gets me in & out of the bath ok. Only slight inconvenience is the slip mat floats if you slide down in the bath and you have to hold it down to get back on it.
