Fantastic service. Was 1 week from seeing product, trying it out. With a couple of laughs along the way.. Exactly 1 week late lift was installed by 2 very professional lads . Would definitely recommend this product

Was a little disappointed, as how the overflow on my Bath is situated it stops me from having the water too high, which is obviously what they are designed for, but it stops me getting all of my body under the water even when lying back. I never gave it a thought until using for the first time. BUT nevertheless it's still nice to feel the water on the parts it can reach.Perhaps it might be something for engineers when assessing to point out to the Customer if their overflow is like mine.

Polite and efficient installers who gave clear instructions on use. The whole operation took under one hour to assemble and is slim fitting so making little difference to the bathroom for non-users. Lovely to be back in the bath once more!

from ordering to installing the easy2bath there was no problems. My 87 year old mum found it easy to use and has given her independent when taking a bath. As she said worth every penny!

I`m very glad I decided to go ahead with an Easy2Bathe bath lift as arthritis makes it very difficult for me to get in & out of the bath. I don`t enjoy showers but find hot baths relaxing. The fitting was done quickly and efficiently with no mess and it looks very neat.It wasn`t hard to get used to the new system. Accompanying leaflets are informative and the helpful fitters advised & answered all my questions. No problems at all. This is my present to myself for the new year and I`m very pleased I went ahead.

I am thrilled and relieved to have had my problems with climbing out of the bath solved so quickly and easily.

It is important that I am able to bathe and not just shower as helps me relax and also ease the pains in joints. Without easy bathe it would be difficult for me to try to get out of bath. safely. Originally it was bought for my late husband but at the time little did I know I would be the one so grateful I had one installed. No need to go without the luxury of a soothing bathe and then having to worry will I be able to stand up and get out.

The demonstration and delivery and installation were very good. The only adverse comment I have is to do with the selling price. When I first phoned to ask for a brochure I asked for a ballpark figure, just to get some idea of what the cost might be, only to be told that nobody there knew the price, very strange! However there was currently a 20% discount on offer, which I theoretically received.I use that term deliberately since if the normal price isn’t known how do I know I am receiving the discount?

I would like to say that the gentleman who came and demonstrated the bath2you, was excellent, no hard sell,talked all about it well, very friendly, and well dressed which I like to see. Within 3 days it was fitted, and the two men who came were excellent. Well done everyone Jean and Raymond Hook

In the first instance one engineer was sent to fit bath lift he was unable to fit it as it was a stud wall and would require two men, in my mind this should have been picked up when the survey was made when order was placed. The following week two engineers arrived and fitted the lift, I have not experienced any faults with the lift to date, but it's early days yet. On the whole I am satisfied with the unit

information from initial salesman was excellent. All demonstrations clearly given and any questions answered very well. /highly satisfied. Frank, the fitter was extremely efficient and explained the working of the device well. The demonstration was very clear and everything explained well. He was a very well informed and and obviously very good at his job. I was well pleased.

a very good product. bath lift works very well. only been fitted two weeks. allows you to bathe as you normally would.

The initial visit was informative and useful and I felt no pressure from the salesman which had it happened I would have been put off purchasing from you. Th installation staff were prompt, polite and very efficient and ensured I totally understood the operating instructions for the bath lift.

Came in fitted the unit, The lift works as it should. I consider it good value. I particularly like the edge of the bath seat. There was no mess and it was all done nicely and quickly. No complaints and would recommend the company. I did think that the extended warranty for just one year was too pricey, therefore did not buy it.
