The person who came to demonstrate was very good. I have tried it since and found the easy2Bathe lift in real life very difficult to use and wish I had not bought it

Very happy with the service, installation and explanation of how to operate the bath lift successfully. The only slight problem is the external power connection which could be exposed to water from a shower unit although it is possible to put some sort of cover over to protect it from splashes. On the whole I'm delighted to be able to have a proper bath again !

As like all new purchases there are always little hickups to sort, so far there have been few and all have been sorted as we have gone along.

Makes bathing much easier. As I bath every day I find I need to charge the battery every 4 to 5 days, the brochure I believe states 10 to 15 times per charge. Making the controls WATERPROOF rather than damproof would be great as they have been dropped in water once already due to my lack of dexterity. A good purchase.

From booking a visit to home demonstration all went smoothly. Installation was completed within a few weeks. It took approximately one hour to install, no mess and another home demo by installers. Very happy with the product, it has enabled me to enjoy bathing again.

The bathing belt is fine and enables me to have a normal bath which I wouldn't otherwise.

Like a bairn with a new toy

This product has transformed my mum in laws quality of life. From the beginning to end, the whole process was straightforward. The installation team installed the lift easily and left not one scrap of mess.

I can not possibly recommend this company as they left me with my bathlift installed in the wrong position and, as a vulnerable disabled person, I was left in severe danger. Fortunately I took my phone into the bathroom with me as I have been lleft stuck in the bath on 2 separate occasions and have had to call my 83 year old Father to come and rescue me. Poor man is still traumatised by seeing his daughter naked. If you do decide to purchase one of these things, please make sure before the fitters leave that the back of the belt lines up with where the back of the bath begins to bend, mine was installed 9 inches too far forwards, so it's hardly surprising that I kept falling off the back of the belt whilst trying to lie down and consequently unable to get out of the bath. Apparently, 'the lift has been installed correctly because 'it's the only place it could be installed due to the location of my under sink cupboard'. Surely if it couldn't be installed according to Easy2bathe's own safety guidelines, then the fitters should have said that they couldn't install it safely and so wouldn't install it and I'd get my deposit back. Instead they left me in substantial danger. At no point did the fitters say that the unit had been installed in the wrong position, if they had then I wouldn't have signed the Handover form and all this nasty mess could have been avoided. Easy2bathe are refusing to give me a full refund because the bathlift has been used, plus they also want £120 for removing the stupid thing. They certainly don't seem interested that I have £400 worth of repair costs to my tiles and flooring. My solicitor says that ?I have a very strong case should this matter not be settled to my satisfaction and I fully intend on pursuing this matter through court if needs be. It's obvious to me that if the lift couldn't be installed safely in the correct position, then the fitters should have said so and not installed it at all, instead of leaving me in danger. They should be paying me (and my poor old Dad) compensation never mind charging me for their mistakes. Not impressed at all. And I still need to buy a lift which is fit for purpose, unlike this one.

A very practical and useful lift. We had considered a mains operated lift, but the installation would have been very unsightly; the battery powered lift is much better.

They did simply what they promised the best advice the best product (we had visits from the others 3 major suppliers/ manufactures) and were left cold. the installation was straightforward clean and neat. please be advised pay for the best and you will not be disappointed Just have them visit you and find out for your self. From the moment I contacted the Easy2Bathe company and requested a brochure they couldn’t have been more helpful. The demonstration and survey was carried out very professionally and quickly, installation was also carried out very professionally and quickly.

The bathlift was installed without delay and looks very neat and compact. It works exactly as expected. I can at last enjoy a hot bath without worrying about how I am going to get out!
