United Kingdom | 08 March 2025I had a horrible experience trying To get my device work ahead of exam and it Took way too long to resolve due to issues with PeopleCerts exam platform, this completely threw me off my exam and made me more nervous. Never again, I will resit my exam with another examining body.

United States | 08 March 2025The testing process was excellent. Feels like a scam that you have to subscribe for a significant fee in order to get a badge.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025Great teachers, plenty of information provided, passed all exams, no particular big problems. If I could suggest a few things, would be for the trainings to be a little longer, give the tutors more time to explain things more in depth to trainees. Also, consider a more funny, user friendly approach to the books ( I found some really interesting, easy to understand free e-books on a competitor's site). Finally, the proctors could use with a bit of free will, I found them quite strict, like they were ticking boxes, in situations where they could have be more...permissive. All in all a happy experience, I recommend these guys.

United States | 07 March 2025Bill was great! I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. His deep knowledge of ITIL principles, combined with a clear and engaging teaching style, made the concepts easy to understand. Bill provided real-world examples, interactive discussions, and practical insights that truly enhanced my learning. Thanks to Bill's guidance, I felt well-prepared and confident for the certification exam.

Canada | 07 March 2025Proctors are late or don't show up at all. The exam support staff were rude and lacked basic customer service skills. PeopleCert needs to understand that it is stressful enough taking an exam without the added stress of a proctor not showing up and support staff being rude. You book your exam during a specific time block based on your schedule. Waiting 45 mins for a proctor to show up is unacceptable, especially when you have other appointments to attend to. If there was a different company to take your ITIL exam from these guys would be out of business.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025Enabling the use of both screens. Appreciate the concern regarding people cheating by looking the answers up but I would think instead of sharing just one screen, we could share both screens so this can be checked. Reason why having another monitor is most people tend to use a bigger monitor and not their laptop screen. Using just my laptop screen was tiring.

Germany | 06 March 2025ITSM Basic Certification auf Deutsch grenzt an Betrug. Schwammige Fragen, mit oft unklarer richtigen Antwort, die extrem schlecht maschinell auf Deutsch übersetzt wurden.

United Kingdom | 06 March 2025As Constructive as possible description of my experience of attending PRINCE2 course- this is my opinion and based off my personal experience only. The course delivery content was poor and in no way set me up to confidently take the exam. The instructions were poor for arranging the exam and Chromebooks not supported by their exam drivers- This resulted in having to take the exam 3 months after the course due to having to purchase a supported device or not attempt it at all. I had to wait for the proctor past allocated start time- checks took an additional 15 - 20 mins. Just an awful unnecessarily stressful experience all round- would be better reading the manual and not wasting time attending the course and just paying for the exams. 4 days of life wasted, plus all the other add ons resulting in another 3 days of debacles that are indescribable. Practitioner part of the ‘5 days course’ is 1 day of a mock exam! Think very carefully about doing this course as it is very time consuming and costly and it all hinges on getting 40 out of 60 on your exam which sounds very easy - but trust me, it really isn’t. I have a degree, A-Levels, Diplomas and this course and exam was subjective and when AI some of their answers to mock exam questions- they were incorrect!
