Canada | 15 March 2025Your rules for online proctoring are too stringent. My house is configured in a way where the only rooms with a single door are my children’s bedrooms. Therefore I had to do the test on my son’s bed at an awkward angle because my basement was “open” and had a door to my furnace area. Just so it in person with this degree of inflexibility for people’s living situation. Ridiculous!

United Kingdom | 14 March 2025I'll be honest, at 60 years of age I do not want to do 'exams' and went into this with the wrong attitude really. A bit 'humph, bah, aargh' to be honest. But I will say that the PeopleCert side of the process and the exam structure was very well presented and run. I felt at ease with the proctor who was very professional and yet personable, sharing a joke here and there. The course matter that's available is comprehensive and gives you choices of learning via reading for yourself or classroom lectures (subscription based). I dare say that if I had failed then I might feel differently writing this, but 'all's well that end's well'.

United Kingdom | 14 March 2025There was a problem logging on with my MacBook, but despite my evident nerves the proctor (first and second) and customer service agent remained cool. A big help on my way to passing. Just want to thank them all for their help and support.

United Kingdom | 14 March 2025Course was great, exam experience via proctor could have gone better. Course content and delivery were excellent and with the course material prepared me for the exam. Initially there was confusion in the instructions on whether you need exam shield and looking on multiple forums there seemed to be mixed messages. When it came to the exam, even though the asset had been checked and was compatible, there were several other asset checks that were required that delayed the start. I totally get the need for checking the room and ensuring there is a clear desk etc. but it would be beneficial if there is an expectation to join earlier than your allotted exam time to go through these checks. I felt rushed as it tool 20+ minutes to get through the pre-exam checks, but this may have been a one-off so I'm not saying that happens every time. The layout of the exam was great and running through the questions was no issue. It would have benefited from a COMPLETED TEST button rather than just the option to END. However, the proctor explained that I should select END. It would be beneficial if the digital badge was part of the basic package, rather than expecting the user to pay a premium to gain access to the digital badge. Having paid for training and the exam, this does seem a little excessive in comparison to Comp TIA, ISC2 and ISACA as examples. I've marked it 4/5 as the overall experience was great and the setting up for the exam may have been a one-off.

United States | 14 March 2025The proctors were nice as i silently freaked out when I had technical difficulties sharing my page. The test was a lot easier than I made it seem in my mind and the fact they posted "there are no trick questions" actually helped because there are "trick answers" that make you think wait...that one word is off and I started to freak out again, but then remembered the QUESTION ISNT A TRICK QUESTION think logically, and it helped. Great experience. thanks

United States | 12 March 2025The day of the exam I lost my ability to launch the exam which created some last-minute stress. But, when it comes to response times from an actual individual--5 stars!
