The PRINCE2 training course was excellent—well-structured, engaging, and highly informative. Exam proctor was the perfect balance between friendly and professional.

Overall great experience. Only hiccup was my screen not showing up after a couple retries, be sure you're not on VPN. Use Chrome, not Microsoft edge. Proctors were patient and kind.

The web inteface for the exam was user friendly easy to understand and navigate.

ITIL v4 subject matter seemed a little easier to understand than v3 Foundation. However, trainer was very good. Easily explains, gives good examples, patient, not awkward. All-around good marks as far as I'm concerned.

The company has a well-built website with an intuitive user interface. The content is useful and the exam proctoring is very thorough. However, there are too many paywalls and avenues that need to be paid to unlock. Also, I am disappointed that the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate (for example) now expires in three years when it used to never expire. Anyone who wishes to keep the certificate beyond three years needs to pay for the PeopleCert subscription as well as take additional courses. This seems like a good business tactic to make revenue, but it is a shame for us consumers.

It was a good experience nice and friendly and calming.

Had to chase the day before for the exam link email re proctoring. The proctoring intro was exhausting and far too stringent to present a pleasant exam atmosphere. Displeased with the protocol here and think it should be reviewed.

I had a slightly traumatic event before my test because my email was incorrect. The PeopleCert customer service was awesome. They got my profile updated and notified the proctor so that my testing time was not effected.

PeopleCert were helpful throughout my exam making it easy to follow and also on hand if I needed them. This was my first time using an online service to take an exam and they made the transition easy and comfortable. I would definitely use this service again, the only negative was the price of a hard copy of my certificate which was set at £50 which I can’t get my head around. Otherwise happy with the service provided.

Peoplecert surely raise the standard

The exam was very easy to set up. The proctor was polite and friebdly.

It wasn't too difficult to set up with my laptop in my office away from my main computer, which had been turned off, and with my door closed. Everything worked well for me and I was able to start my exam without any issues. The instructions for the exam were clear and the flagging of questions was a nice, quick way to return to trouble questions and double-check answers. The quickness of the probable results was awesome and I was so happy to find out that I had passed and had done even better than I had ever done on the practice exams I'd studied with.

The layout for the mock exam (format, location of questions, navigation) was simple and straightforward. It was not complicated. I hope the approach/user interface for the real exam is the same.
