United States | 25 March 2025The company has a well-built website with an intuitive user interface. The content is useful and the exam proctoring is very thorough. However, there are too many paywalls and avenues that need to be paid to unlock. Also, I am disappointed that the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate (for example) now expires in three years when it used to never expire. Anyone who wishes to keep the certificate beyond three years needs to pay for the PeopleCert subscription as well as take additional courses. This seems like a good business tactic to make revenue, but it is a shame for us consumers.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2025Had to chase the day before for the exam link email re proctoring. The proctoring intro was exhausting and far too stringent to present a pleasant exam atmosphere. Displeased with the protocol here and think it should be reviewed.

This was my first time using an online service to take an exam and they made the transition easy and comfortable. I would definitely use this service again, the only negative was the price of a hard copy of my certificate which was set at £50 which I can’t get my head around. Otherwise happy with the service provided.

Everything worked well for me and I was able to start my exam without any issues. The instructions for the exam were clear and the flagging of questions was a nice, quick way to return to trouble questions and double-check answers. The quickness of the probable results was awesome and I was so happy to find out that I had passed and had done even better than I had ever done on the practice exams I'd studied with.
