Material they provided was useful, the exam booking process was good, the proctor was very helpful and overall it was a pretty smooth experience to write my ITIL v4 exam.

I paid an additional fee ($129 I believe) to gain access to 2 sample exams, one exam retest and other reference materials. I was VERY disappointed to only have access to one sample exam as I passed the first one. I wanted to take the 2nd one on the day of my exam to make sure I was ready. The exam proctor was very patient and appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was ready.

I felt very uncomfortable during the exam. I was comfy at all and had to sit at an 90 degree angle which wasn't pleasant. The ladies mic was unmuted halfway through the exam and I could hear all of the background noise. I was very off put and couldn't gather my full concentration. I understand there are rules and regulations but I am in a home where I live with 3 other family members. My Dad came into the room to bypass into the garage and I was told that if anyone was to come into the room again the exam will be terminated. I felt once again very uncomfortable as my audio and camera were on so it was very obvious if my Dad was trying to help me out during the exam. I then had to go through all the regulations once again with proving no one else was in the room even though the invigilator can see all points of entry. This killed my flow and I found it very difficult to regain concentration as I was on edge.

The link was lost at the beginning so I had to repeat the checks with the invigilator and then at the end I had a totally different person. i previously I have had one that site with me when I took the 3PO exam. However the booking was so much easier and the software for the exam better for our IT team - no trouble at all this time

Ho sostenuto l'esame del Prince2. Corso fatto malissimo con una persona che leggeva le slide che erano scritte in inglese e tradotte in un italiano pessimo. Costo di circa 1000 euro per il corso. Esame anch'esso tradotto malissimo dall'inglese. In alcune domande manca anche il verbo e sono grammaticalmente scorrette. Dopo aver prenotato l'esame in un sito dove metà delle pagine appaiono in lingua originale e metà nella lingua scelta, sostengo l'esame. Dopo averlo superato NON ricevo il certificato perchè ho comprato il corso nel 2024 e sostenuto nel 2025 quindi loro hanno aggiornato i sistemi e perso 'cose'. Contatto il supporto Di People cert e mi mandano un link e un numero di telefono austriaco da contattare di un altro centro per recuperare il mio certificato. Assurdo. Pessimi. Attendo ancora la mia certificazione. avrei voluto iscrivermi ad un secondo corso ma non lo farò con loro

Ich empfehle die ITSM-Prüfung nicht auf Deutsch zu machen. Die Übersetzung ist eine Katastrophe! Ich musste einige Fragen 5 Mal durchlesen, um halbwegs zu verstehen was gemeint ist. Suspekt finde ich, dass sowohl ich, wie auch mein Schulkollege beide genau 25 Punkte an der Prüfung hatten und um zu bestehen 26 Punkte benötigt werden. Als wir Einsicht in die Prüfungsfragen haben wollten, wurde uns dies verweigert. Ich habe viele Prüfungstest gelöst und dort meist mit über 80% bestanden. Für mich wirkt dies, als wäre dies eine Masche um Umsatz zu generieren. Erst als ich mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht habe, bekam ich das Formular für den Widerspruch. Wiederum erst als ich mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht habe, bekam ich eine Antwort betreffend der Vorauszahlung. und so wie ich es sehe, antwortet ihr immer mit einer Standardantwort, ich finde das enttäuschend.

Everything went to plan, the communications were perfect and the exam process itself was simple and very well instructed.

I thought the proctoring experience was fair and not overly strict. My proctor was kind and polite and my testing experience went smoothly.

Online mock exam was good to prepare for original exam.

Sitting the actual exam was great and the proctors were nice and guided me through all of the process. Cost was covered by my workplace so can't comment on that. However, their website is very frustrating to navigate and not easy to find things. Also, I had to try several web browsers to find one that worked with the exam software. Difficult to do, but not a fantastic experience there.

It was easy to follow, exams were easy to book. My only comments would be to clearly indicate in the confirmation email the modalities on how to reschedule the exam, as you have to log in 24 hours before, but you have to reschedule at 48 hours notice without a fee. Also, the sections were a little confusing as my exams were not under my certificate exams, and my trainings were not under training. You eventually get the hang of it, but it's not the best intuitiveness. The online help was great, the platform is great, I would refollow courses with PeopleCert.
