Having access to the resources was helpful. My experience on the day of the test was also great. I was very nervous and the proctor was very understanding and showed empathy and compassion.

My experience with PeopleCert was very positive. From logging in for the first time to receive my training materials to scheduling my exam and getting setup to do so from home, it was a seamless process that achieved my goal of getting educated and certified quickly.

Option to check system compatibility much before the exam date helped me to avoid last minute hiccups. Interface of the test is also good but it could be better too.

PRINCE2 - The exam is fundamentally flawed, its designed in a way that prioritises trickery over actual knowledge. It has change since the new addition came out. A Project Manager who has been in 30 plus years, on just passed.

the certification portion was fine. Even the test was well executed however, I feel uneased that it will take 2 days to even get an electronic version of my certificate.

Very difficult to access the exam due to settings on work computer. It meant I had to borrow a laptop from a friend. Considering a lot of your audience are attending through their employees the assessment should be accessible and people should not be expected to use their own computers.

It was convenient to take the exam remotely. It was a little confusing to register for the exam, navigating could have been a bit better.

Feels like a money grabbing scheme especially since they are the only ones who provide the prince2 exam. I feel as if they purposely make the exam a lot harder than any other practice paper you will do to get people paying for resits. Some of the questions that came up in my exam were on topics that felt completely new to me. I did my course via the knowledge academy and people cert use different terminology in their version which can lead to confusion. Do not bother paying for the mock exams, at least not both of them as they have the same questions on each paper. They dont even let you review what questions you got wrong. Again they were a lot easier than the actual exam aswell

I took the exam at an exam centre, and even there, the computers didn't meet the requirements because they didn't have administrator privileges to check the tasks running in the background. It was an absolute nightmare! Finally, I had to use my own laptop, but it didn't have a 360-degree camera to point at my face and the door at the same time, so I had to borrow one, even though I was in an official test centre! I had to show everything in the room with the camera, including the back of the screen and my chair, even though I was in a test centre with a supervisor! I will avoid taking exams if I can because both at home and at the test centre, it is a stressful experience.

Ich habe die ITIL4 Foundation Prüfung auf Deutsch abgelegt und KANN ES NICHT EMPFEHLEN. Die Übersetzung ist einfach so grottig das es keinen Sinn macht. Ich habe alleine 30 Minuten benötigt um ungefähr die Fragen zu verstehen.... Geld rauswerfen kann ich auch woanders.

Toby was lovely. The course is fast paced and covers a lot in a very short amount of time but you do know that going into it. Managed to pass both exams within the week so I'd say a success program.

The exam experience was good. I was registered for a 11:20PM exam session. Logged into the portal from 10:50PM but until 11:40PM did not have a proctor assigned. Called customer care and initiated a chat group and they said they could not locate me online. The exam was opened in MS Edge. As per the Customer Care specialist advice opened the session in Google Chrome and got a Proctor assigned by 12:05AM and the exam began between 12:08AM - 12:10AM. The exam part went fine, there were moments when page kind of refreshed. The Proctor was very good. She patiently went through all the procedures even though there was a connection delay.

Booking an exam is easy. Instructions were provided in a very clear manner. Exam was easy to navigate.
