If I could rate 0 I would. Do not book, go elsewhere. This company is rated low for a reason! Booked a return journey from central London to Gatwick. First car was fine - but late and had to phone the driver. Second car on the return journey was appalling. Firstly, they sent the wrong vehicle, not what I had booked. The car was full of owners personal family belongings. Bikes in the boot and lots of children’s toys, lunchboxes rubbish etc rattling around at our feet. Car had clearly not been made COVID safe and sanitised for our journey. To make matters worse it stunk of stale cigarette smoke. As none smokers this made the journey pretty unbearable especially when the vehicle has no windows to open for the passengers. Driver didn’t know where he was going, took ridiculous and unnecessary backroads which made the journey longer. Contacted the company to raise these issues. Was offer only 50% refund of that leg of the journey as compensation. I didn’t feel this was sufficient and asked for a full refund for this journey as there were so many issues and the vehicle was disgusting. Company refuses to give me a full refund for this leg of the journey and pretty much shut me down and avoided to comment on each of the issues. Very very poor customer service - Profoundly do not recommend and will never use again.

The driver was excellent. He was on time, courteous and met us in the arrivals hall with a sign. During the one hour journey we felt very safe, driving neither too fast or too slow. Will be using their service again!

Have used this company a few times now .Reliable very reasonable and friendly each time .Easy to book and if there’s an issue they answer the phone right away. Very good service today from Stansted and each time I’ve used them .Feel very comfortable traveling with the kids

My driver was lovely and i don't know if he will see this, but i am truly sorry that i wasn't very nice on the phone when i couldn't hear him properly. Also i don't think it is very fair to pay for the "meet and greet" as during COVID times the driver has to wait outside anyway and we have to look for him. I got lost for a good 15 min. But here i'm not blaming the driver only the "meet and greet" option.

this is the third time we have used them and they have been extremely helpful and efficient, even having to change airport pickups at last minute.

Our plane arrived 30min earlier at Edinburgh Airport. I texted the taxi who phonef me straight away and came to meet and greet as planned. Really friendly and professional taxi driver and was home safe in Glasgow an hour later. So money well spent for me, especially as we travelled late evening and had a long hot day abroad before flying home. Will recomnend and use again.

Driver wasn’t waiting in arrivals which I spent extra money on. He was also 15 minutes late. When he arrived I had to call him 3 times to direct him to where I was as I wasn’t about to venture around the airport to find him. Once we got in the car he took a further 10 minutes to even set off.

My cab worked out just fine from Liverpool airport to Rochdale. I was a bit late getting through passport control and my driver was waiting for me in a pleasant mood with a sign. He was a good, safe driver and had a very decent Mercedes car. For 64 quid I was pleasantly surprised and would use you again.

Really good service! The customer service staff were fantastic too, because I started to worry after reading some reviews however, ignore the negative ones, really good service and on time. The driver was friendly and awake too, as it was an early pick-up. Thank you so much for getting me to the airport!

OTS-23062020130232-17246-1 Myself & my friend traveled from Prestwick to London Heathrow Airport (Journey time-6.5 hrs) through your taxi service on 26th June. The driver was drowsy all through the journey. We thought by taking couple of pit-stops or breaks it would refresh him ,but nothing helped. It is a life risk not only to the passenger but for the driver also. It was dreadful travel experience! After writing a feedback to them, no proper response was given to me.

I have only used your telephone service for booking & changing reservations due to Covid 19 & personal affairs but i WAS DELIGHTED at the charming & sympathetic understanding that I received. I hope eventually we will be able to come to England & expect the actual ride to be as good as my experience so far

Friendly driver who called before hand to check my luggage and pick up location. The journey was smooth and social distancing in place as well.

After another firm fell through at the very last minute, OTS stepped in to take my mother from LHR to Blackburn. Their communication, timeliness and courtesy was exemplary. My mother said her driver was a lovely man who drove beautifully and helped her with her large suitcases. She described the car as fresh, clean and extremely comfortable. Thanks.

I was picked up yesterday from Heathrow airport - of course in the midst of the Covid 19 crisis. As soon as I landed my driver phoned me and picked me up right outside the terminal, secured my three suitcases in the boot and drove me home. This is second time I have used this company and I had to change my booking four times due to my flights being cancelled. I always received a reply to my emails within an hour of writing and at no time did they make me feel it was a bother. A great service which was much appreciated.
