Had the pleasure of using your Company on 30th March, after arriving from Brisbane, via Doha and into Heathrow Terminal 4. The Meet and Greet service was invaluable as I don’t frequent Heathrow terminals. The driver, Kamran, was very welcoming, polite and drove in a very safe manner. The car, a Toyota Prius Hybrid, was very clean and tidy, was a comfortable ride too. Got us home to the N.E of England in good time, and at a price that was £80 cheaper than taxis in my hometown offered me on the day. Would recommend your company.

Friendly excellent service

Used OTS on 5 occasions, first class service each time however it was 29th March 2020 when they excelled, after managing to get a private charter out of Ghana i arrived at Stansted charters Britain with no onward travel plans at 3.00am, i got a local taxi to the main Stanstead terminal to find it virtually closed, on contacting OTS they managed to supply a taxi within the hour to get me to Heathrow. First class service.

Our driver was on time, helpful and professional. The Mercedes car was spotless, equipped with hand sanitiser and water. It was a smooth drive too. Thank you for rearranging the journey for us.

Good My holiday was cancelled almost 2 wks ago following the coronavirus outbreak. I gave Onward Travel Solutions 2 wks notice and my money was back in my account very quickly

even when you send them a screenshot of the bank transaction they ask you for a copy of your passport and utility bill (and the pickup was from my billing address). BE WARNED - operator Vicky does not explain why this is necessary other than to prove it is you (odd as i have only needed this information when signing contracts or dealing with governments). hopefully trip goes better - will update afterwards

Driver wasn't waiting for us - it's true that the flight landed 1 hour early, but it had been doing so for a couple of weeks. Otherwise, a good experience.

Tom my driver was very friendly, great communication as there was an accident locally to where I was being picked up from and he called to advise he may be 5-10 mins late. In the end he made it on time! Great service.

Very poor service, stay well away. Booked a taxi to pick a client up from Manchester Airport and drop off 80 miles away, paid for it.. 10 minutes before the client was due to land they telephoned me to cancel the booking as they hadn't got a driver to do it?? Not much help when i'm 1 1/2 hours away from the airport. Very unprofessional and i've still not had my refund.
