Not happy with customer services. Per policy the quantity should be within the variance, but it is not the case when delivered. I only got 30% of what advertised and they do not care and gives robotic replies that it is none of their business and it is simply my bad luck. Indeed they can do more sales by splitting the items to more buyer anyway receiving 5%, 10% or 30% is none of their business.

When purchasing brand new stock, alot of bits missing! Disappointed more then a few times. Unsellable. Also why do you add tax to postage as well as all items purchased? A few good bargains, and delivery is good, but you are paying for it. Site is easy to use and very inviting.

You have a variety of products. For me so far so good. Well done. The only thing you can improve it's to look how someone can delete a good after Putting it in the basket before going on pay so, the person doesn't have warning if it can not pay for that product. Thanks

Half of the items ordered are incomplete or damaged beyond repairable. It is in the t&c however not guaranteed but ordering an item that someone broke or taken some parts is not good to a buyer

I’ve been using jobalot for a few months now. Have some bad deals but at the same time I’ve had some cracking deals. A lot of the auctions are customer returns, and because no description is given of the actual condition of any of the items, you are taking a massive risk that they are going to be ok. If you can’t afford that risk then your best off staying clear. I’ve had some items that went straight in the bin but like I said, I’ve also had some cracking deals which has more than made up for the bad ones. You can also buy new items on jobalot but obviously they tend to attract much higher bids, because basically they are new items and you can’t really go wrong. So if you’ve got a few quid that you can spare why not take a punt and if you are unfortunate not to get the result your after then you will know to stay clear. But honestly, Only risk it if you can afford it.

Outbid myself 6 times???!!! The system was not registering my bid of £103 so I kept pressing the bid button, the highest bid by another user was £102.09 so my inital bid should have been sufficient to win, however when the auction ended the final amount was £128?? I went into the bid history and in the space of 1 minute the system has upped my bid to £108, £113, £118,£123 then finally £128. No one else bid in between. In good faith I paid the money with the expectation that Jobalots would do the decent thing and reimburse me back to my lowest winning bid but unfortunately they are refusing to do so, problems in any business are inevitable and it would be unfair to judge a company on the strength of those alone, how you respond to problems is another matter all together and the only analysis I can draw is that they care very little about their customers and their whole attitude is 'well what do you expect we sell things cheap' Having read the other Trust pilot reviews below and the repeated cut and paste responses from Jobalots seems to evidence this further, they can't even be bothered to personalise a response.

BEWARE ordered around 10 different joblots, in recent weeks half would always have items missing, these where brand new lots and seemed strange every lot that I won quite cheap these are the ones that had items missing, customers service very poor and basically say its in the terms and conditions that if any order arrives wrong or with missing items its not their responsibility even though they pack each order on site, bids also magically go up soon as you bid..... BEWARE very shady company

A few days ago I received an order from Jobalot, but what I received has nothing to do with the product description. I was supposed to receive 99pcs "925 Sterling Silver Cartilage Earrings 6MM", Weight: 1.98kg. In reality, they are some cheap earrings that have a total of 75 grams, including the packaging (221 grams with the box). I understand that there can be differences between the product description and reality, but what I was sent is totally different! It's an ordinary scam!

Won a bid on an airfryer. When it arrived it was completey broken, was missing the dial at the top and was filthy, obviously used heavily! When I contacted customer service they said it was my fault as I had bid on a customer return item and they don't check them. I understand now that this is part of their terms and conditions but still feel there is some level of responsibility on their behalf to ensure that items on their site are in, at least, a usable, clean condition. I now have a box full of useless broken parts and am £50 down. The lack of care and/or understanding from the staff I spoke to was shameful.
