I had a question about buying pallets, this was on a weekend, I had an answer straight back on a weekend.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from jobalots. My order was returned to them with no explanation as to why it wasn't delivered. I received an email back within an hour of my phone call to say it was being looked into and I was reassured it would still be fulfilled, which it was 2 days later. Thank you so much for the professional support I received.

Been going through quite a lot of these reviews and got to say some of them are just pathetic. I’ve been using Jobalot for coming up to a year now. I knew what I was letting myself in for before I joined. The thing with this site is, it’s all about risk. Taking a chance. If your not prepared to do that then don’t join. Don’t get involved. If your gonna cry every time you lose a few quid then this site really isn’t for you. I’ve had some cracking buys but I’ve also had some stinkers. But often the good ones have outweighed the bad. There is a reason why the majority of the items for sale are described as customer returns. Why else would a customer be returning an item. In some cases it could be that when they bought it they thought they needed it but then changed their mind and returned it. Hence it’s a customer return. But that means there might be absolutely nothing wrong with it. It could be that when they’ve opened their item it was the wrong colour and returned it. So again could be nothing wrong with it. It could also be that the item was not working or a nut or bolt was missing. Or it could be that it arrived damaged. So it’s gonna be in need of repair or possibly binned. Which ever it turns out to be, this is why they are called customer returns. You can’t expect the jobalot team to give actual descriptions of every single item that they auction. I mean have you seen how many items they auction per day. It would take for ever and would certainly put a limit on how many items could be listed per day. I can honestly say that my experience with jobalot has not been 100% perfect but some of the purchases I have been successful with have been amazing. And I’ve had more good items than bad. I don’t think it’s down to luck because I couldn’t possibly be the only one. I think some people expect too much sometimes and they need a reality check. If you can’t afford the risk then my advice is to stay away. Keep up the good work guys.

You can get some fab bargains.

Delivery time and condition of pallets delivered was as expected. However the pallets seem to be consistently about 20% short of stock when compared with the manifest. Buyers should keep this in mind when bidding.

Sometimes you get things that may need fixing a bit but this time all great items thanks.

AVOID. The item was smashed to pieces and covered in grease, it looks like it was pulled it out of a skip. There is no way you would be able to repair it or resell it. It was meant to be an air fryer but I can't really tell. I have been buying customer returns for a number of years from other suppliers and have never experienced anything like this. This is not a customer return. In fact, I have found much better items in skips.

I bought an unmanifested pilot worth £524 and it contained 109 advent calenders containing food items which were all past their Best Before date. It was not mentioned in the description as other auction websites do. I would advise to stay away from unmanifested pilots!

I won an auction for 148 rose bears on ab pallet .paid for them within an hour of winning them and then received a message saying they were refunding the money and relisting the rose bears. Still waiting for a reply to my email complaint

To be honest,I think the boxes that orders are send in should be thicker cardboard , as 90% of my deliveries are falling apart and last box had large hole in end, where parts had fell from and other where you could very easily help yourself to my goods inside, as hole was 12" by 8" big.Just a suggestion to use stronger boxes, as DPD do mishandle deliveries, as seen on TV. Very nice and trustful company to work with. Does extremely good job with timing, dispatches quickly and very good customer support. Already ordered more dozen times and never been let down. You can get extremely good bargains, prices very reasonable. Website made incredibly well, so easy to navigate, able to find anything you need. Also including photos of the items, that saves a lot if time on research. Definitely 5 stars.

Some products were not even in condition to use them, I tried to contact the help support. But they have never came back to me.
