Used to be great! But since changing payment policy to 24 hours instead of 36 hours the cost of everything has shot up. Maybe customers trying to purchase more stock in one day instead of spreading it over 2 days. Think I’ll go elsewhere, sorry!

Very bad and poor service. Had lot delivered with half of the products missing which a lot I had sold and got barred for 3 days for an unpaid lot I had won as it’s now gone to pay by midnight . Doesn’t seem fair to me as I’ve had to return over £1200 refunds and got a bad name by reviews people have put . I’ve even got emails with this company admitting it’s their fault .

Be careful what you buy, the package has been going to me for 29 days, I do not have a posting number or other confirming info. I will add that they are supported by dpd, which is the worst courier company in the UK. Negat for the mere fact of ignoring the customer as well as for being slow, e-mails received after a few days, responses that have nothing to do with e-mail. So embarrassment and mockery from jobalots !!!!

Bought a load of stuff from here, new stuff is ok but the RRP is ridiculous. Avoid the customer returns at all cost, got a load of tat only good for the bin, smashed to pieces and they won't refund because that's their idiotic policy. Never again.

I recently start buying from Jobalots and just in second delivery I received a complete junks of items. I bid on a hover which was actually a customer return item but keeping in mind it would be of a resonable qualities due it's price and keeping the company repution in mind. I bought it on £25 was is not cheap anyway.The item was delivered at my home while I was on job.But after opening the package later afternoon I was shocked that the box was full of junks. My wife start vomiting having seen the condition of hover. It was full of rubbish ,dirt and was packed with hair and mud. I immediately took it out of the home due to the possible diseases it could carry. Next day I contacted the customer service and was hoping for refund but to my surprise they abruptly refused to take the item back and for issuing any refund. I assured them that item is completely broken and the delivery bag was full of rubbish but they kept saying "Sorry we have non refunddable policy". I am going to complaint against the company on all forums so that I can save others customer as well as to stop them deceiving people by sending them unusable rubbish.

Absolutly abysmal, bought a pallet of what was seemingly overstocked and returned items, with a manifest, what arrived was only good for a skip! Broken load of rubbish which I now will have to get rid of at the tip! What a total waste of £930!!!! I have bought from other sites and auctions, so know the risks, but THIS was Shocking, absolutly beyond belief!!!

Love this place , get so many bargains . The only thing is the packaging of some items are rubbish . Split boxes , over packed , not secure enough .
