I can't really fault the items I've received. Yes I've received damaged goods but the quantity listed has pretty much been spot on. It's hit and miss, if its listed as customer returns you as the buyer take the chance of receiving damaged which they aren't hiding and I believe its written on every listing. Boxes alot of them times arrive damaged and taped up with dpd tape (only ever happens with dpd for me) but that's down to the delivery company not joblots, contents inside has never been damaged or missing so I don't complain as the boxes get recycled anyways. My only issue is when I've had part of a shipment missing (individual auctions bundled together in a box), it took close to a month if not more to refund the items that were missing, and multiple emails back and forth to receive that refund. I really do hate being asked the same question over and over again. Its infuriating. There is no need to ask if I received the goods and what goods are missing 3-4 times over different emails when I've already given all the information in the first few emails, and then send me photos of delivery boxes twice when I'd already said that part of my shipment was missing not the amount of boxes. I recently made two different orders with no issues on either of the orders. All items accounted for with the correct quantities advertised. Fast delivery, both orders came at the same time. I really like the fact that there wasn't a tonne of boxes and cardboard packaging within a box to dispose of. I was slightly hesitatant to bid initially due to my recent experience trying to claim for multiple missing auctions that were missing from a previous order but happy I did as the the items I received this time were 99% in great condition and all was there.

Initially I couldn't fault them but recently there's been more damaged goods than I've previously received from them (i.e a motorized oil pump that had been used and was still dripping oil everywhere when re-bagged ) delivery times are pretty much spot on depending on the courier used. Originally they had a five from me but through technical difficulties there's been a lot of bids I placed that haven't updated me on the auction until up to 2 hours after it has finished and won auctions I haven't been notified of until my account is getting a suspension for non payment within the allotted time frame

Update: Honest reviews are not welcome; they deleted my account. Jobalots – The General Waste bin for #Amazon Apparently, they do no safety checks on the goods they are selling. Products dripping with oil, glass products smashed to smithereens just waiting for you to pop your little hands in to have them sliced like a carrot on your Sunday dinner. Rubbish is dumped in the bottom of boxes and heavy items placed on top to make it look like the couriers did it, but you can’t complain as they are “Customer Returns”, and you must abide by Jobalots T&Cs. You will be guaranteed to be supplied with items that have things missing, but somehow the items Jobalots sell on Bargain Fox never have anything missing. They cherry-pick your goods before distribution to fix the items they want to sell themselves; they deny inspecting the goods itemised as "Customer Returns" from #Amazon but miraculously all the good items are for sale on their website. You may buy a Ferrari and they state they are within the law if they send you a Robin Reliant as their terms and conditions state it. High-end items disappear, and low-end items are placed in the boxes to replace them, but you don’t have a legal right to complain as it is a “customer return” and you agreed to Jobalots T&Cs. They are the most arrogant company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Avoid at all costs, no matter what you think you will buy and sell to make a profit, these guys will already have the same thing up for sale for a few pence or a few quid on Bargain Fox. The website is always having IT problems because they have several companies running on the same Oddsocks server, a bit like an Arthur Daley Emporium. Purchasing from Jobalots and agreeing to their Terms & Conditions literally means you are agreeing to allow them to dump Amazon's Waste on your doorstep.

I ordered £90 pound of stuff and forgot to pay for one item which was £2.20 I was then suspended for 21 days and my other order was cancelled which was over £50 and they where for a birthday present and I didn’t have time to go shop due to work wasn’t happy thank u

Paid almost £500 for what was stated as almost 200 items, what came was less than 90? And all the thing that was listed that I actually bidded for as I thought I could sell, was the items that was missing? Looks like someone thought they could sell them too? I thought surely not getting scammed as reviews was good, but on checking again, I see that all the good reviews are within 1 week of each other, this tells me that they have been posted to lift the scores on trust pilot obviously?? A joke....

I guess when procuring items that are customer returns please be advised in most cases customers have returned the item as its defective, broken or unusable. And that's the punchline and gamble you take.
