United Kingdom | 18 April 2022I really do like Jobalots, customer services are incredibly good, and they do listen to customers. The downside to bidding on this site is you tend to end up with more broken items than you do workable goods, as I am not purchasing to sell its not a big problem per says, but I can see from what other people have written it can be a grave concern if you are trying to make a profit. My biggest issue is the missing items, not as described, dirty clothes or empty toner and ink cartridges that are being sold as a customer return. I have had several items missing from orders or for example a pack of eight spanners turns up as one spanner and the other seven are missing Etc. I hate how they have altered the 20p starting price on a lot of goods which is greedy and takes the fun out of the auction, for that reason after my current set of bids I shall be looking elsewhere for my auction fun, which is a real shame. I wish them well for the future.

United Kingdom | 12 April 2022I have had great fun bidding with Jobalots and I have purchased some great items. The packaging was good and the delivery: prompt. However, once I have received a backpack that must have been used by a drug dealer: torn, smelling of cigarettes, full of ripped pieces of paper, muddy. It was a part of customer returns. I wondered which customer would have returned that one, and which seller would have re-sold it. But wait, it gets even more exciting. Now I am a proud owner of a rusty, muddy, not functioning, dangerous and falling apart bits that must have been dug from a bin. Jobalots described them as a "professional 2000W food processor". I communicated my concern. I received a string of weird emails: I was asked to read the terms of delivery, then the email sender was hopeful that should I decide to order items again, let's hope that those would be in a good working condition. My question is, Jobalots, lovely people: WHO allows you to send out utter, dangerous rubbish? Why do you re-sell those things? The box was even ripped. Ah, yes, Jobalots also offered me a reimbursement...at the fraction of the price I have paid. Still would not cover the recycling costs for the "thing" that I have received.

United Kingdom | 30 March 2022if you state something and it is not there you should have cheched i.e 2 things in box and there is only 1 this is wrong. also checking what you say is there before you send out ie product sent in a box for something else out
